Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
Serafina may not be quick enough to grab a gun and shoot a Dark Hunter, but at least she was fast enough to get the keys and work the car to Raven's need. With the door unlocked and opened by the young Witch she happily jumped inside. Allowing the metal transportation device to some sort of security blanket content to sit within the driver's passenger seat. With the rumble of the engine coming to life, one grey ear twitched, her ebony skull turning in the direction of the young witch. As the window began to go down and the car began to move forward she could not help, but lift her head catching the scents of the wind as it came through. As Serafina threw the vials out into the yard and said her soft command her attention was drawn away when she noticed to her right that her own window was drawn down to. With a sudden jolt the car moved forward in a fast manner, causing her paws to slide on the seat bringing her grey paw upwards to catch herself on the dashboard. An annoyed snort of disdain was given to the young woman as she brought herself back into a sitting position. The sound of the wind whistling in her ears caught her attention as she turned her cranium. Lifting her head some she wearily shifted her form closer to the door, lifting her grey paws up on the window, the rushing scents overwhelming her. Sticking her head out the window she felt the wind snag and tear through her thick fur causing some sort of heavenly feeling to overwhelm her. Blue-grey eyes would close and a wolfish smile was permanently etched on her face as she sat like this for a while. One grey trimmed ear would twitch in Serafina's direction, letting her know her words were not ignored, the she-wolf enjoying the silence. Allowing the wind to tear through her coat and slam into her face, her troubled mind began to ease as she attempted to sort this problem out. Yes she killed someone. Though he deserved it. He was harming her and he would hurt this woman she had some sort of tethered bond to, somehow she had this insufferable need to protect the ebony haired witch. Though still, she wished she hadn't gone feral to do it.
The only time the lupine would change position was when the car turned towards the entrance of an old looking graveyard. Shifting her frame she would turn her dial around questioning the woman as the car bumped and continued along the rocky pathway. As soon as Serafina killed the car and the engine went dead she would get up on her paws climbing over the console and leaping out of the driver's door. Her grey painted banner swayed side to side in an anxious manner as she looked around at the silent old looking graves. Hearing the young woman speak, blue-grey eyes carried a look of disdain, the comment causing the she-wolf to be peeved at the idea. Just because I'm a canine doesn't mean I follow a mangy dogs' antics. This was the thought that was wandering around in her mind, but sadly she could not say such a thing to the Witch. After all, she had stuck her head out of a window...Quietly she headed forward towards an area that hardly seemed to get any sort of light traffic. Bones snapped as she felt herself shift into her largest state, the bear-sized lupine once more making an appearance tonight. With a secluded spot chosen beside a tree she would move her front paws back and forth on the ground. It would be awhile but she had managed to dig herself a nice deep foot estimated to be 8 feet down. The front half of her form was littered with dirt clinging tightly to her oddly marked fur. Shaking herself side to side, trying to get the excess dirt off, she would gingerly step towards the Witch her cold nose gently touching the girls side, as her blue-grey eyes drifted towards the dead body within her trunk. Quietly she would head towards the trunk lowering her head and allowing her bloodstained fangs to once more sink itself into the carcass, lifting it out of the trunk and then unceremoniously dumping it into the hole. Turning back to face the Witch she would nudge her muzzle into her side, warm breath could be felt around the morning as the creature waited for some sort of signal to proceed ,her words brushing into Serafina's mind.
"Is there...anything you'd like to say or something we're supposed to do with a warlock's body after it is dead?"
It is a shame really they couldn't blame the killing on someone else. If only they could say the Yehudi Did It.
I'd Rather Feel Pain Then Nothing At All
