Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Ashes to Ashes

Anna was an eternally curious creature so the sight of something new in the gardens was no surprise to bring the child vampire from her fortress. She had been inclined to watch the curious little fluffy thing attempt to steal an apple, wanting to see how it problem solved it. However, it seemed the little thing had no other way than to reach up and hope to grow several more feet. Whatever led Anna to break from her shadows and offer help she didn't know and was truly out of character for her. Perhaps it was a stroke of loneliness from both her caretaker's absence....or a trap. Only time would tell. Still, it meant the little panda was getting her treat as Anna easily lifted onto her tiptoes and plucked one from a low hanging branch.

The girl crouched down in front of the panda, offering it then like the sneaky thing she was pulled it away before the panda could take it. It was quite cute with its chirping and squawking standing on its hindlegs. The displeasure wasn't hard to miss in those yowling sounds though Anna offered a way for her to get that coveted apple. Be a rainbow. It had been so long since she had seen one and they sure were pretty in pictures. So she waited to see if this little thing could do more than just have blue glowing extremities.

It took a moment, Anna tilting her head in silent curiosity if the creature even understood the request before the panda slowly began to glow once more. Anna's crystal blue eyes widened in surprise and delight at each passing strobe color. It was no rainbow but entertaining enough. Entertaining enough to solidify her safety from the vampire and earn the apple. Anna giggled seeing the pink tongue lolling out of the panda's mouth. "You're funny. Here." She took the apple in her hands and with a scrunch of her face squeezed the apple until her strength crunched it open, she popped a piece into her own mouth before holding out a piece of it in front of the little furry's mouth. Anna placed the rest of the apple down on the ground and the moment the panda ate the singular piece she was plucking the creature up. "Where's your collar?" Anna held the panda beneath her front arms at arms length so the rest of her furry body dangled, inspecting the creature for any sign of ownership. "You want more food? I have food...come on."

And with that Anna tucked the panda into her arms and carried her much like a baby doll back to the estate as if it were any other day you found an exotic animal in your yard and brought it inside. This was after all a vampire child where normality was subjective. Only once back within the exquisite estate did Anna speak once more, carrying the panda down the hallways towards the kitchen. "There's more apples...I like ice cream though and cupcakes and cookies. You like those too?" Finally reaching the kitchen Anna plopped her newfound pet onto the island before climbing up to kneel on the stool. "Crishlyn says they're all mine...but I'll share with you." Anna pulled off the large glass top to the platter containing a myriad of cupcakes and cookies. She chose a frosted flower cookie and nibbled on it as she watched the red panda. "You need a collar." Yes, this little thing was cute and she certainly was going to claim her. Crishlyn had promised her a pet after all.
