Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Missing that look Sebastian gave her as she removed her shoes, the assassin pushes herself farther into his home, her eyes taking in everything around her. Vhal arches a brow at him amused while she asks if he's compensating for something. Scoffing at his answer, she's a bit disappointed when she doesn't get a rise out of him but shrugs it off, still, a bit strangely pleased she could get him to at least smile at her poor attempt of humor. Ah, well, it worked for some people. She supposed for the older creatures she encountered their sense of humor was lacking.
Pausing, she steps aside as Sebastian takes the lead and she follows after him, her eyes taking in the very wealth that adorned his estate. Rolling her eyes, she couldn't imagine owning anything so... pretty, even as he explains they held much nicer homes across the sea. The witch merely needed a place to sleep, however, her own home held a rather significant library. Perhaps the only thing she treasured. And perhaps those skulls Tet threw at her after she murdered the people he was selling them too; though it might be a bit morbid she had left it sitting in her living room atop the hutch.
Wincing inwardly at the memory of just how angry the man was at her, she quickly removes the thought from her mind and returns to the present. As he leads her into an open room, she follows his hand as he gestures to the glass cabinet against the wall. Eyes brightening at just how much bourbon there was, she casts Sebastian a devilish smile. Waltzing towards the selection, she opens the door inspecting the mass amount of alcohol that so lived within the cabinet. Taking her time, she hums quietly to herself as she goes through nearly every bottle. Deciding on the oldest within, she snatches the bottle and closes the glass door quietly before turning to see that Sebastian was already sprawled in one of the chairs. Grinning broadly at him she offers a small shrug, "You told me I could pick," she says as she makes her way towards the vampire and takes a seat across from him.
Tucking her bare up into the chair and beneath her, she casually uncorks the bottle with ease. It was clear she was no stranger to alcohol as she swiftly deposits the cork on the table and pours the amber liquid into both glasses. Setting the dark bottle between them, she lifts her own glass and swirls the bourbon gently before knocking glasses with him. "Cheers," she states before taking a sip of the liquid. Eyes widening in delight, her gaze darts to Sebastian, "Holy hell," Vhalla comments almost enthusiastically. "This is delicious. If I had known you were holding out on me, I would've come here earlier," she laughs lightly before taking another generous swig. It doesn't take long for the woman to finish the drink and she's soon pouring herself another, going as far as to offer Sebastian more.
"I might even let you bite me again if you gave me more of this," she says clearly joking, a bit of humor coloring her words. Enjoying the smooth liquid that so travels down her throat, it doesn't take long before her pale cheeks hold a flush, the stiffness in her limbs a forgotten matter at the moment. Settling back into the plush chair, a half smile adorning her features, she holds the glass in her hand with careless ease. Leaning her head back into the chair, she lets her eyes shift back to the vampire. "So how did you and Dorian meet?" She drawls lazily, lifting the glass to her lips once more. After a moment of consideration, "Just so you know, this doesn't make us friends."
