Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

He hated that neither he nor Isolt had seen much of Yumi lately. Ever since the rescue, she'd basically holed up in her house and he didn't want that life for her. She deserved so much more than that. He knew he couldn't take back what the coven had done to her confidence but one way or another, he had to get back her trust in the world and make her see that there wasn't a boogeyman around every corner. He wanted to see her living her best life and he knew for a fact, this wasn't it. He could see he was getting through to her as she faltered over her words, muttering that she guessed he was right. He nodded, knowing he was. The coven was secretive above all else. He didn't know how he would have been able to find either of them without Yumi.

He'd definitely be having a word with Malek if he ever saw the man again. He should have been here, helping assure Yumi of her own safety and rebuilding that confidence that was so shaky now. Damon blamed himself. He should have been checking on her more. He'd remedy that now and he'd ask Isolt to check in on her more too. He was sure she wouldn't mind. The Yumi before him was barely a shadow of her former self. She was timid of unsure of everything. When she brought up a polar bear, Damon had a slight bit of hope, though of course he was also protective over Yumi and wanted to know more about this Were before he approved of him being in Yumi's company. She seemed to feel safe enough with him which meant something as long as he wasn't just tricking her into trusting him.

Yumi was quick to say that the Were kept her company, even going so far as to say they were friends. Damon felt the corner of his lip curl into a small smile, glad that she could call someone that. It was a small step, but a step none the less. Then she admitted that she ate a little before meeting the polar bear and Damon felt a little better. So she wasn't completely starving herself, but she didn't look as lively as he'd like either. He scowled, his gaze softening as he looked at her. "Are you hungry now? Cause I could take you somewhere if you want, a little diner or something, not very crowded." He had a feeling her paranoia would make her not want to be in big crowds so he was trying to play to that. He just wnated to help out however he could. He didn't want her to push him and Isolt away. They were supposed to be coven but more than that, they were supposed to be friends.
