Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Eternity forbids one to forget

The older vampire had no doubts that Sebastian would answer the bid for an audience. It would appear as uncouth if he did not. That was the station he now found himself in and one that Anna-Marie knew very well even after all this time. The sound of dress shoes against the marble floor drew her attention from the chess set and to the very man she had come to see. It was different seeing him like this but also eased her knowing he did well. That compliment drifted easily from her lips.

And there was the question from him which she had expected. How very difficult of a question that was. Her piercing blues took a moment to glance around, a hand in a small sweeping gesture, "It appears I cannot give you what you do not already have." Anna's own assets were of no use to Sebastian seeing as he had accumulated his own over the years and married into even greater. With a soft sigh, Anna-Marie turned the queen she had been holding between her fingers. She turned now, gently replacing it back on the board, "There is this...concept in certain human gatherings. They say by going through certain steps that the individual will finally be able to heal- to come to terms with their past and their present." Anna's gaze fixated upon Sebastian once more. "The bond a sire has to their childe can be felt across the world. It's something I could never forget, nor something I ever wished to feel, and especially not twice. I would not wish this life on anyone- I should have died long ago with my family...though you know as well as I that the drive for survival is a vicious thing. When it became clear what had happened, I came back to Sacro to see you."

Anna realized that she was being rather long winded but it had been quite some time since she had been lucid enough to hold a conversation. "The details are a bit fuzzy but I do know that it was never the intention to harm you nor to Turn you and for that I can never amend for. So, I suppose what I come here for today is simply to look upon you with a...sober mind." Although the protective wall her mind had entrapped her consciousness in hadn't been due to substance abuse, her behavior wasn't how she behaved after several centuries honing her control. "And perhaps one day you could look upon Belrose Manor as an ally should you ever need it."
