Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

I know some things should just stay broken

i'm well aware this should remain unspoken

A heavy sigh left his lips as his head leaned back against the wall. His eyes fluttered closed against the sharp light of the bathroom's vanity. The taste in his mouth was...awful and yet, it wasn't the only thing that crossed the Warlock's mind as he waited for his ex to return from the kitchen. Sterling could quite remember why he felt so...awful. He remembered the Hunters that had attacked him - though he couldn't fathom why they had targeted him in the first place. Most Dark Hunters were keen to let the supernatural community thrive, provided they proved to be of good upstanding and Sterling was nothing short of a good citizen. He remembered the black feline that had intervened when he was quite literally pressed up against the wall. He remembered coming home...and Henry fretting over him...but everything after that in between waking up in that odd...store was completely blank. Sterling's brows furrowed, his hand reaching up to run through his ebony locks just as his ex-boyfriend stepped into the room.

A weak simper crossed his features as Sterling muttered softly, "Thank you." He reached out to take the glass of water, only to bring it to his lips. He took a sip, swishing the contents in his mouth before slowly leaning forward to spit it out into the toilet - the process repeated several times until he finally rid himself of that terrible taste in his mouth and his saliva was no longer tinted that odd color of gray. Eventually, Sterling reached for the glass of ginger ale, heeding his ex's advice to sip slowly on the substance, the ginger and carbonation helping to settle his queasiness with each slow sip. The inquiry on how he felt, however, brought another feeble smile to his lips, "Not...great." He admitted hesitantly, only to shiver ever so slightly. "...a little cold though..? Maybe we can...not sit here?" The boy suggested, even as he clung to his glass of iced soda as if it were the only lifeline getting him through the nausea.
