The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. I smile at her words before nodding. "I do trust you." I smile, my tail swishing as I stand up with her. I feel like this friendship can be good for me as long as I'm careful what I say about Frost. If he decides to consider me an enemy, I'm sure it won't be long before Edie turns against me as well so I might as well make the most of her friendship while I can. It feels good to have another girl to talk to. Raven and Nadya are great, of course. Raven comforts me and since she has baggage from her past too, we understand each other. Nadya has that motherly side of her that consoles me as well. Edie is the wild child who is outgoing and basically everything I'm not so maybe she can teach me to be more confident in my own skin. I've gotten a lot better since knowing how to use my powers better but I'm still nothing like Edie.

She seems almost ecstatic to be going to a club whereas I've never been to one before besides for the big party that happened months ago, the one where the hunter started shooting at the Nightshade pack. I'm looking forward to it more knowing that I'll be going with someone else but I'm still nervous. She tells me that she has plenty of outfits and I nod, wondering what kind of outfit she'll have me wearing. As she starts toward the pack house, I follow in her wake. She shifts and steps inside and with a sigh, I do the same, feeling a little more confident in my nude form than I used to. I straighten my back and walk like I'm not naked, remembering what Frost said about keeping up this new take on life. I am stronger now. I can do this.

Once we make it into her room, she's quick to go to the closet and I take a seat on the edge of her bed, watching the outfits she's rummaging through. "We can try sexy if that's what you recommend." I shrug lightly. Not that I have any idea what that means. I tilt my head. "Not interested in what? Another drink?" It's obvious that I'm clueless about all this stuff. I know nothing of relationships and flirting and all that stuff. That's why I was so confused with Alexander. I couldn't understand why he would want me of all people when he could have anyone and what it even means to want someone. I do know that touching is a little more awkward now knowing that he can read my thoughts but surely every guy isn't like that, right? Though it's odd that Frost seemed to know what I was about to do and said it in my head before I did it. Does he have a mind reading ability now too?

I shrug it off, trying not to think about it as I wait for her to show me an outfit to change into. I bite my bottom lip. "Hey, Edie...when we're there, do you think you can show me how to dance?"
