The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

PhD in Plant Biology Abigail Hughes
The young girl glanced up as someone else entered the small cafe behind her, her hazel eyes but briefly glanced at the new man, that warm simper settled upon her features even as his focus was so keenly poised upon the magnificent dress her newfound employer wore. Frankly, Abigail could hardly blame him in the slightest. Adelaide's admittance that it was her favorite dress prompted a ready nodd from the young woman. If she had a dress like that, it would certainly be her favorite too! Not that Abigail ever had an occasion to wear anything like that. It wasn't as if she could waltz into her classroom in some breathtaking evening gown, after all. Still, the young woman's attention of that article of clothing was quickly distracted by all those new friends in that cafe! Her gaze first turned towards the man who had entered last, that mention of being Adelaide's personal slave, however, prompted her head to tilt to the side ever so slightly. She'd never heard anyone with a job quite like that. Still, he seemed.....happy about it, even so much as to offer Adelaide an almost playful wink. They must be really good friends then! That warm smile he greeted her with, however, was met with an equally bright one of her own, her head bobbed ever so slightly at that 'nice to meet you'.
Her attention next turned towards Killian, that foreign accent he offered Taylor was altogether inquisitive, at the very least. She'd never heard an accent quite like that, though his country of origin was quite near her own. Her memories of those European nations was near non-existent, even if Abigail herself had been born in Scotland. Unfortunately, her curiosity of that lit was hardly satisfied before the man simply turned to see about his own work behind the bar. She had a sneaking suspicion, truthfully, that Adelaide would have been entirely content to busy herself with her 'personal slave' as he had so called himself. Oh yes, she'd seen the way they looked at each other! Frankly, she was glad her employer had found someone she clearly liked and, in return, Abigail was altogether content to make her way towards Elaine - the only other waitress present. Surely, she must have some sort of waitressing skills right? Maybe at the very least she could walk her through what to expect, after all, Abigail had never actually done this and...well, being opening night, she suspected floundering on the job was probably not the most ideal situation.
"Hey Ellie.....um..." She started as she settled beside her new found coworker. "I've never actually....done this...waitressing thing....have you? Do you have any suggestions?" Abigail inquired, fully intending to probe the young woman's mind before she was left to her own devices. After all, the girl liked doing a good job and...going in blind made her nervous. The last thing she wanted was to make Adelaide regret her decision to hire her. Quite the opposite, as silly as it was considering how little she knew of the French woman, Abby found herself wanting to make the woman proud.
