The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It has been weird trying to get used to the constant motion of the boat, especially when I'm trying to sleep. After sleeping on hard ground for so long, it's almost as hard to get used to sleeping on a bed. I got sick more than my fair share of times with sea sickness but I guess over time, I did get used to it. At her sudden question if I like sleeping here, I shrug. "I had to get used to it but it's alright, I guess. Definitely takes some getting used to." I'm trying to be honest, anyway.
For a moment she seems thoughtful like she's off in her own world. I am patient though so I just keep walking, letting her have her walk through her own mind before she suddenly turns back to me, saying that it must get exhausting. I laugh a little under my breath. "I like listening, don't get me wrong. I'm not usually all that talkative so it fits me." I smile at her.
She seems to like that I was once new here too and I can share in that experience with her but she's thrown off by my comment about wearing a mask. I shrug. "Like they're not really who they pretend to be. There are some people here that pretend to be nice, pretend to care but really they're just using you. I guess you run into that type anywhere. I've already gone through that experience here. That's why I'm trying to warn you." I offer a soft smile. I don't want to tell her what to do or who to befriend and I wouldn't even try. That's just not who I am. It just seems mean not to tell her that not everyone is who they seem. She can take it as she wants from there.
She seems really excited when the subject turns to friends. Here's a girl that loves to have company. Maybe that's the sort I need to make friends with. She clasps her hands together ad I laugh again with a nod. "Really." I assure her. I can't help my laughter as she tells me that I would be her friend and her mine. Her happiness is just so contagious.
I usher her through the door and at first she seems hesitant but then she looks around and I direct her toward the south. She frowns, as if trying to remember how to get to where she's going and she clings on the moment I mention going with her. She skips to the side and I step down to join her with a smile. "I'd love to see the city the way you see it. Do you have a favorite place yet?"
