West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

There was something so undeniably welcoming of that room he had taken as his for the better part of the last few years. Though he had hardly been uncomfortable in that tucked away windowless room of Isolt's tavern, it could never quite be home for him - not like this room was, not like the Ark was, and not like Tobias was. Even so, he knew well that his friendship with the boy was but second in place of that young woman that had so captured the deviant's heart, against all odds, the man had been wholly willing to excuse himself from that near melt down at his reappearance though why his presence had prompted such a strong reaction from her, he couldn't say. It was a thought that lingered upon his mind as he fell onto the warm embrace of that bed, his gaze turned upwards to the ceiling and yet, he couldn't deny that simple desire to sleep now that he'd returned to where he belonged. A soft breath left his lips as his head turned, surveying the room to note well that everything remained near immaculately in place - exactly as he had left it. His desk was perhaps the only thing that had changed, that paperwork had clearly been cleared away and worked on by Raven in an effort to keep things going. Still, there was another side of his business that would too require his attention.

His emerald eyes fluttered towards the doorway as his best friend strode so purposefully into that room, collapsing upon that very bed, half way upon Tet's own feet. He hardly bothered to move, however, instead simply shifting to lift himself to his elbows as he glanced down at his friend. "That's good." He commented simply, a small frown toying his features before he inquired, "Any idea what upset her?" It was a foolish notion, perhaps, to ask his companion for some level of an explanation of the girl's behavior and yet, they had always had a way of understanding each other before. It was as if those sometimes nonsensical words, rantings, and ravings seemed to be a language Tetradore could, at times, speak just as well. Still, he was assured Tobias was perhaps the only soul who understood her. Raven was an eternal mystery to him, her mannerisms often left him merely eying her with a level of skepticism. Tetradore was oblivious, to some extent, the true weight of his absence upon them all. He had known well his best friend was capable of that responsibility that had so been thrusted upon him, just as he had never feared for Raven's ability to help continue those steady streams of income he'd set up for their continued operation. He had been assumed he'd given them every key to success, and they had not disappointed him in anyway and yet, the were-King had simply failed to account for that emotional damage his death might have caused on anyone, truly.

That shifting of his best friend saw his gaze refocus upon the boy, that ready grin so effortlessly teasing one upon his own lips. His head nodded as he shifted, pulling his feet out from under his companion during the process. "Yeah, let's go, I think you'll like it." He shifted towards the edge of the bed, pausing only when his best friend's voice reached out to him once again. That idle inquiry, however, so prompted a frown upon the man's features as he surveyed those very areas that Tobias had pointed out. His emerald gaze fluttered back towards his companion, his eyebrows furrowed as he commented, "All of the nights?" He hardly thought Tobias would attempt to guard his room when he was gone, much less that the boy's devotion by extend to sleeping almost exclusively within his room, as Tobi seemed to suggest. He considered this for a long moment, before commenting softly in return, "You did really well, Tobias, I'm sorry it took me so long." He reached over, ruffling the man's hair in a small glimpse of affection before gesturing towards the door with his head. "Come on, I think this will make up for it." Tetradore continued, that warm grin once again crossing his features.

It was silly, really, how he found himself entirely pleased with those very presents he had for the man, much less the simple fact that it was Tobias alone that might be able to appreciate his newest acquisition. The Bugatti, after all, was faster than any of their vehicles to date, not to mention it sported their favorite shade of blue. He led the way down those familiar halls and through the large hull of the ship, ignoring any stares they might have received in the process, after all, he supposed it was not everyday that a ghost so walked amongst them. Either way, the man paused in front of that door, opening it only to shove his companion inside that pitch blackness and closing it rather quietly behind them. Frankly, he hardly wanted to be bothered tonight any further with those feelings that his reappearance so seemed to provoke. Rather, it was by memory Tetradore moved towards that light, flicking it on only to flood the garage with those florescent lights from overhead and there, amongst their treasure trove, sat not only that beautiful blue Bugatti but also a small, bright red Honda. He had, after all, made a promise to teach his friend to drive and as utterly insane as it sounded, Tetradore had every intention of following through.
