The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

He was always grumpy and in a foul mood, like someone kept kicking him in the stomach, or preparing him terrible tasting meals. She doubted the man was ever capable of smiling or being in a good mood. Surely the apocalypse would occur if he walked upon this earth in a stellar mood, with a wide grin on his face. Hell maybe a smile would crack and break his face. Some people were just never capable of being happy. Besides her job in life wasn't meant to making that man happy. Rather she was responsible for helping her mate be happy, and she would do whatever it took. It was amazing to see that the man before her was capable of understanding his actions, knowing that they would bare some sort of consequence. It was pleasing to see that he was capable of emotion. She had grown accustomed to see a rare glimpse of some sort of emotion, before it was stowed away to never be seen again. It took hours upon hours to get Tobias to understand the most basic emotions. Associating emotions with color was probably the only reason why he progressed so well and so far. Those that would overhear their conversation of colors and adjectives probably left them confused. There was no reason they needed to understand what they were talking about, because it wasn't their business. It was nice to see him grin and keep it on his face, or the way his golden eyes lit up with so much warmth and shine. To see the man he could have become if not for his accident was bittersweet. She would be lying if there were times when she would rather have him this way, it would make things easier...it would bring her the chance to connect with him on a deeper level, something that she secretly craved at times. That small simper crept on her pink lips as she squeezed his hand in a reassuring manner, as her eyes shifted upwards.
They say opposites attract and that was the truth between the two of them. They couldn't be farther from one another. He was far more confident than she ever could be. More open to being himself without caring what others thought. There were many things that the two brought out from one another. For whatever reason they simply just worked perfectly together. He was her other half in more ways than one. Like how he had no idea that the clothing she was wearing were not appropriate for this very important photo shoot. She didn't blame him. It wasn't his fault he didn't understand. This was something he had never thought about. His main focus was to give them the opportunity to have beautiful photos together, one that they could cherish and share with anyone and everyone! As her hands traveled up the plains of his chest she could sense a subtle change in his demeanor. He rather enjoyed her gentle touch. Her cheeks went slightly pink at the understanding he seemed more attuned. Leading him out of the store and to another shop where he wasn't banned was slightly difficult. With all the shops they were banned from she was surprised they hadn't been kicked out...yet. Making it to another shop on the other side she led him inside a bit taken aback by the amount of variety clothing that surrounded them. Giggling she nodded her head cheerfully.
Bringing him to the mall wasn't always the best thing to do. When she needed to find clothes for herself or for him she would not bring him along Most of the time could sneak out and do her shopping without him asking where she was going. Even though he wouldn't go with her, at times, he was willing to tagalong if Tetradore was busy or Tobias didn't want to be around any others. Her eyes would travel to the direction he pointed out, noticing the random clothes he was selecting. One eyebrow was raised at the suggestion of wearing the v-neck shirt. It was quite short and skimpy on the mannequin, enough to where she could see shoulders, the garment barely covering her stomach. Oh, no no no. That was far too revealing. Which really, she shouldn't be surprised that a boy would choose a garment like that, it was hardly clothing. Especially with that shirt paired with those hip hugging low-rise jeans. Nope, that just would not do. Her head would turn slightly when she noticed the pastel large flower printed blouse that was very outdated. Why he would point out something like that she hardly knew, but even then she wouldn't do something like that. Shaking her head she politely held his hand, patting it gently explaining that his innocent attempt was appreciated.
Moving away from him she headed for one of the quadrants of the store that applied to her own age. Feeling like she had a shadow she turned around noticing how he was following her. That he didn't want to wander around the store alone or go somewhere to sit was unexpected. Grabbing the phone out from her back pocket she began to google a few things. Once she found what she was looking for, she turned around to face him, with a reassuring grin. Standing on her tip toes to kiss him gently, she pushed back some of his dark hair from his golden-hued eyes, as she handed him her phone.
Perhaps a visual would be perfect for him to see and understand what it was she was going for. He would be happy, smiling couples, dressed is various outfits. The girl in a fancy dress, with a man in a suit or tie. Some showed the woman in a beautiful blouse or sweater, where as the man was in a button down shirt, or polo shirt. All the styles were different, but the point was the same. They looked put together. No torn or baggy, or faded color clothes...like the ones she was wearing. Walking away she headed towards a rack, moving through the hangers and grabbing a different top to place upon her, looking down and putting it back, quite focused on the task at hand.
