The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Raven never liked having attention on herself. It wasn't just, because she was a predator. She knew what it was like to have a large amount of attention on herself, it never turned out well. Feeling his eyes not leaving her she turned around wondering what Tobias needed from her. His crooked grin was answered with a small shy smile of her own. The boy hardly described himself to be sexy. In fact that particular word wasn't one that either of them used that much, if at all. Her grin only widened as she nodded slowly in agreement. Gently she responded, although she stumbled saying the word 'sexy,' because it was such a silly word that she hadn't said before.
Was that the correct word to use? To describe her mate in a slick costume as Robin Hood? Was that what you called a thief? Well, he was always a thief even before he put on that costume. Raven always found him to be quite attractive. As he moved closer to her she turned her attention back the mirror. The very minimal eye make-up she placed upon herself seemed to hold up fairly well. With the braid in her hair complete she was ready for the final piece, placing the small golden circlet atop her head. Raven could feel his long, fingers gently press along her back to grab her attention. With a small smile she looked up, watching as his fingers moved from her fabric and then up to the circlet to trace the slim little decorative lines. Hearing his compliment a soft shade of pink appeared on her cheeks. Looking to the ground she grabbed her engagement ring and began to twirl it around sheepishly. Muttering she glanced up at him.
Standing up she took another look in the mirror. Wearing dresses weren't one of her things. Oh, how she missed having a sweater or a large jacket to cover her figure. Looking over at her mate she nodded and gestured towards the door for them to exit. Hopefully the staff was nearly done with the Halloween decorations. When she got to the stairs she lifted a little bit of her emerald dress, grabbing one of the handrails she glided after her mate. It was that loud snicker from Jackal that caught her attention. Blue-grey eyes narrowed as she focused on that chair he happened to be standing next to, and it just so happened that the chair moved sharply against his leg, knocking him over. Was it a bit too rough? Yes, and yet she made it clear to him â€" he was not going to laugh at her mate. The boy may appear so self-confident, and yet walking in any sort of footwear, was a special accomplishment, that was no laughing matter. As Jackal picked himself off the floor she gave him a wordless warning as she stopped at the bottom of the stairs. Letting the dress go she walked over towards her Alpha and the little Fae. Hearing Tobias announce his costume, she gave him a quick nod, confirming he was correct. His comment about being 'stab-happy' caused her to sigh ever so softly, giving her Alpha and helpless shrug. It wasn't surprising to hear that Tobias would declare his species as the best. With a Cheshire grin her reply holding a teasing note.
Giving Tetradore a wink, she slid her arm around his waist, in a half-hug. Not afraid at all to make her mate regret his choice of words. Unwrapping her arm from him she took a step forward towards Maeve, crouching down to get at her eye level.
It would be awhile until they would be able to go trick or treating. She promised Serafina that right after she and Tobias went out and about for candy, she would come promptly to her house to do...well...whatever sort of witchy thing she wanted to do. It was clear that the Ark still needed a bit of work done before they opened. And lucky for her she had some extra helpers.
Looking over at Maeve she gestured towards those orange little pumpkins sitting perfectly in a row on the back counter.
Moving over towards the table where the box of lightbulbs were she handed the box towards her mate, giving him clear instructions.
Turning around with her hand on her waist she looked over at the little Hispanic man. Her tone was quite gentle as she prodded the man to help them out.
With a satisfied grin she watched as the man grabbed those bags and bags of cobwebs and got busy to work. Looking over at Tetra she shrugged her shoulders and gave him quite a very small task.
She was Maid Marion, a noblewoman, and she was not going to do all these tasks by herself. See, with Halloween you can be anyone you want!
