East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Anna had certainly made strides in the length of her time in Sacrosanct. She had found her childe and although their relationship was still strained she stuck around. Recently she had taken on a blood doll which led to her decrease in hunting...simply to please her Sebastian. This also led to a more bored little vampire. The hunts had been just as much for entertainment keeping her busy as they had been about feeding. Now, with a blood doll it meant she wandered more in search of things to do. Whether that meant using her abilities to scare the general population or attempting to get Sebastian to play a game with her.

Tonight she was on her way to try her luck on Sebastian. She had fed on her blood doll so her thoughts wouldn't stray to hunger for as long as possible. The cold of the winter season had no effect on the vampire but her old caretaker Crishlyn had insisted on clothes that kept up appearances. Every so often Anna still stole within the abandoned building for safety and those clothes the vampire woman had bought her. Anna's black buckle shoes clicked lightly against the sidewalk as she picked at a bit of fuzz on the long sleeve of her wool winter dress.

The cold biting breeze shifted and with it brought a familiar scent near moments before turning the corner of the street to see the source. It had been a very long time indeed since she had seen him last and goaded him into a race. It hadn't ended well as he had gotten haughty about her biting a park goer. She hadn't gotten his name back then but he had made quite the stir in the city and seen him on the tv to know who he was now.

Anna tilted her head curiously. Perhaps he'd be more willing now to participate in a game or two seeing as there weren't any park goers to bite at. "I know you." She announced easily as she stopped before him. "You sure do talk a lot on the tv. It's very boring. How come you don't talk about any fun stuff?"
