East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

It had been an arduous few weeks juggling opening her dance studio, mother life, along with the riding and fighting lessons with Frost. Although there was with some pride she could say she'd improved and was nearly ready in Frost's eyes to help him take on the Icelandic hunters, it didn't lessen the state of exhaustion she collapsed into their bed each night with. Nadya was adamant then when Frost questioned her this morning about training that she was taking a day off. She'd much rather spend some time on Isolt's query of having the twins be her flower girl and ring bearer. It had been some time since Nadya had been able to meet with Isolt, the last being in passing with the request and the young woman could really use some girl time at the moment.

That brought Nadya to Red on the Water, braving the bitter lingering winter cold despite the sun that shone so brightly. It was taunting her, surely, the sun right there yet unable to cast enough warmth to cut through the wind chill. Nadya was very much like her feline counterpart preferring the warmth to the cold. It was with an inward grumble of relief that she entered the establishment and made her way back to the kitchen area as she peeled off her coat and scarf to hang them by the back door. "Is Isolt around?" She questioned the waitress who came bustling up. The waitress shook her head, "No, she had to run out." Nadya hummed slightly in response and let her gaze slide over the establishment. Most of the patrons were in couples or groups but there was one loner engrossed in his menu that rather stood out in comparison. "That water for him?" At the waitresses' nod, Nadya took the glass, "I'll take it."

Although she didn't work there she was no stranger to the waitressing game. She had after all ran her own burlesque which had required her to wear many hats in the beginning. Nadya made her way past the other tables to the stranger's booth. "I hope you have a heartier meal in mind than a glass of water." Her comment was light and jesting as she placed his water down before leaning slightly against the other side of his booth. In no way did she look like the other wait staff, lacking their uniform, instead dressed in a simple cream turtleneck, black leggings, and black boots. Just why she was delivering his drink she didn't offer as for right now it wasn't even entirely clear to her other than the oddity of a person separating themselves so far from others.

"I can take your order if you want as well. Unless," Her chocolate brown eyes shifted towards the empty booth across from him before meeting his gaze once more. "are you waiting for someone? I can come back when they get here?"
