East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

She didn't mean to make him feel bad about wanting to go home and sleep. She just didn't need a lot of sleep herself and she was having so much fun, she hated to call it quits. But she knew some people couldn't go without sleep for too long and she had managed to keep him out all night so she called that a victory in itself. She snuck glances at Ashton out of the corner of her eye as they headed out of the arcade and headed toward the pack house. He was still very attractive to her but she knew only time would tell the future. Maybe they would become friends and she would be okay with that. He was a great guy and she knew he deserved someone equally great. Maybe she wasn't that person and maybe things would develop, but she wouldn't push it. She wanted to get to know him better, no matter what. They walked side by side but she figured it was as good a time as any to ask questions so she did.

He smiled before telling her he had an apartment and he lived by himself. He mentioned he'd gotten to know some people and her eyes lit up at the mention of her pack friend, Nadya. She beamed. "Oh, Nadya is wonderful! She's actually in my pack. My alpha's girlfriend, no doubt." She said with a devilish wink and smirk. She didn't know the other name, Ellie. She tilted her head. "Is Ellie a Were too?" She liked getting to know others in Sacrosanct, especially other Weres. Their stories were all different and she liked to know them all. Her curiosity was never ending of her own kind. He said he hadn't met any men yet and she scowled in thought, wondering how him and Henry would get along. When he asked about her friends and roommates, she laughed. "One in the same, mostly. I live with my pack and I consider them all friends...mostly." She thought of the one newly arrived from her field trip or whatever. She wasn't quite sure what she thought of her yet.

"I know Nadya, and there's my alpha Frost, and then there's this new chick, Scarlett, that I guess has been in the pack but isn't really ever around. Outside the pack, I know Abigail, an adorable little bear thing Were, and Henry. He's in another pack. I also know his alpha, Tetradore. There's also Raven in their pack. She's nice enough but mostly just feral. And my newest friends, Ashton and an actual fairy! His name is Boone." She glanced away from a minute before looking back at him. "So...had any girlfriends before? Or boyfriends? I totally know about the whole homosexual thing, if that's what you are. I know one of them, too! Met him only briefly in a bar, but he was really nice. Killian, I think his name was."
