The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
Pleasantly surprised, Amaya picked up the witch's dancing ability. Her heart lifted in joy as she made her steps slightly more complex and her movements more fun. She would not have cared if Ollie really had stepped on her feet and made her regret the invitation. The movement, company, and fun was swiftly driving away any reservations she had when she first entered the tavern. Or maybe that was the two shots of rum and Bailey's. Either way, the smile that was plastered on her face was not showing signs of fading and shined brighter with every movement. They danced close, every passing move seeming to bring them closer. She laughed softly, her grin flickering between simple happiness and her desire to keep playing games. "It is a pleasure, Ollie!" She said just before she spun her out and brought her in. When the other girl pulled her closer the wind outside hit the windows far fiercer than before as the weather witch's breath caught in her chest again. "I'm Amaya." Taking a step back to maneuver, she pulled Ollie around, into her arms and dipped her most expertly, bringing the possibly uneasy closeness a hair's width closer. Now her eyes were alright with the sizzling fire that fueled her. "But you can still call me 'your Captain'. I can go by that, too." She smirked, bringing her back upright she released her as the song ended. With a bow, she motioned back towards the bar where the remains of her Mojito waited and more drinks had yet to be tasted. |
