That reach of his mates hand toward his face readily seemed to coax that crooked, lopsided grin to the boys features. Tobias seeming to relish in that smooth touch of her hand against his cheek. The WereLeopard readily accepting of Raven's touch alone. The curly haired woman one of the few beings in all the world so capable of laying her hands upon him in any fashion. Tobias so having learned so long ago that her touch was hardly anything to find disdain in. Raven trusted entirely to rest her hands wherever she might desire without so prompting either aggression or disdain from the often complex being. He was oblivious, largely, to that very sense of pride that question had coaxed within his fiance or the silent, deep pleasure she took from that singular moment of proof that he truly did listen to her, he did hear her and, after all those years he had understood what she had told him when she had spoken of those horrors of her own past. More then that, the deviant had shown that simple ability to compare those experiences to his own, to Tetradore's, to understand them to a certain extent and apply some measure of emotion to them. Despite all that he was, despite all that he might never be his mind had so readily seized onto those words his mate spoke, remembered them, considered them and- here and now- so finally offered her that indication that he understood her own suffering. That ability to empathize, it seemed, not entirely removed from his capabilities. Her fingers running through his dark hair in that same moment. Tobias near enjoying that very sensation as that sigh fell from her lips. His head tilted slightly as she spoke in an effort to better comprehend those words. His head shaking lightly then.
"Birdie not.....got to....hell. Birdie is....very good."
'Good' it seemed, had been understood in some part by the man. Tobias assured his mate belonged beneath that very title though any further thoughts of just that idea were ceased by the press of her lips to his own. Tobias near eagerly returning that gesture in the manner he had learned to do before softly leaning away. He enjoyed those kisses. The boy near oblivious to her hand entwining with his own to guide him away from causing any further disturbance amongst the crowd. That very stuttered mention of Tetra, it seemed, readily prompted that shift within the woman's features once more. The shaggy-haired deviant hardly oblivious to that change and yet the very emotion that seemed to find his mate was once more lost upon him. Tobias frowning slightly in some effort to comprehend those very words and the questions laced within them. His own features frowning distinctly now as his head simply shook, though whether he was refusing her those words of simply trying to shake something from his mind remained to be seen.
"Risky is....vampire. We do not.....talk about....Risky. It makes me and...Tetra.....angry sad."
Just what 'angry sad' was remained to be seen, those dark eyes resting near imploringly upon his mate in that moment in the very hope she would hardly press that topic further, that distress upon his own features surely clear.
"Risky....is gone....away for now."
That such words were hardly infromativie in any sense remained to be seen. The very mention of the vampire alone near seeing the boy bristle and yet that story so attached it seemed was not one the boy was about to offer. Some stories were secret. Yes. Some stories could only be told by the one they belonged to and this story, he was sure, was mostly Tetra's own and maybe a little bit his. Tobias, perhaps fortunately, distracted by those bubbles they had managed to collect before so insisting they simply need push a woman over to achieve that beared they desired. Raven near defiant in her insistence she was hardly afraid, her arms folding across her chest in a manner that seemed to prompt that grin to the boys features once more, Tobias' gaze lingering upon her as she insisted she was not afraid to push a woman over but rather it simple wasn't right. That hissing, playful snicker readily erupting from between his lips then. Her very stance and expression it seemed, something of an amusement to her mate.
"Birdie is....not weak....but Birdie is not.....bad."
That she was near determined to prove that she could be mischievous in turn had hardly occurred to the boy, Tobias readily seeming to find amusement in the womans insistence she was not scared, that chuckle still on his lips as she followed her arms. His own attention shifted then at the idea of cars and driving towards those mountains they needed. Tobias assured he had learned to drive well enough, even if his own skills were, perhaps, far more lacking then he truly believed. The notion they drove on the wrong side of the road seeing him frown. The deviant clearly attempting to decide how much he was inclined to argue over that very point.
"Maybe...Birdie can....drive."
Maybe. He was still undecided. His thoughts shifted briefly toward that idea of a honeymoon and just where Raven might desire to go. Tobias so rarely, if ever, inclined to ask any other on their thoughts and yet here and now he seemed near determined to...please his mate. He understood several of those words. Mountains. Forest. Yet Safari and Africa achieved little more than that near curious look from the boy, his head nodded all the same.
"I would like too....have a....holiday. Maybe to...Safari Africa. Yes."
His head nodded in assurance to that very idea. This the first mention he had ever made of such things and yet it seemed he was hardly destined to mention any more, his dark eyes turned towards that flyer suddenly held towards him, his gaze near captivated by those pictures upon it as his hand reached to take it from his mate. His fingers reached forward, brushing over those pictures.
"Can we...go now?"
His gaze turned back to his mate once more, that clear delight in the idea upon his features. His attention shifted to glance upward and towards the nearest car.
"We should....take that car."
Clearly- they should just take it......
madness, as you know, is like gravity: all it takes is a little push
