Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The Were girl so easily shook her head at the mention of Frost being her boyfriend, though she couldn't deny the fluttery feeling within her stomach at the mention of it and the feelings that had blossomed within her during their Vegas trip. "No, he's my Alpha. I like to test him, though. See how far he'll let me go before he puts me back in line. I've yet to run into that moment though." She flashed him a grin as she stepped in closer to him, those words of hers so sultry and enticing as she teased him. She was pleased immediately by the way he grinned at her with that smirk of his. "You have no idea," She purred, her body peeling off his - regretfully so - to hand him back the dress and push him within that chair with the tease. She giggled at his reassurance that he had her frame locked to memory, her lips coming to press lazily to his cheek before she swiped that dress back into her hands and took off into the racks.

Edie wasted no time in letting the saleswoman - clearly so pleased that she would be having a sale this evening - guide her into the fitting room to change into the leather dress. Even with Edie's suave confidence, her breath hitched in her throat as she looked at the way the fabric clung to her skin and exposed places that made her look so exquisite. Damon would love it, she decided. Though she couldn't help the way her thoughts trailed to Kato and how his lips would feel on those exposed places. Or worse yet, how Frost's lips would feel there. She shivered, closing her eyes before she forced herself back to the present. She barely heard the saleswoman as she returned with a pair of shoes - she hadn't noticed she left - but she slipped them on still and allowed the woman to guide her out of the fitting room and into one of those makeup chairs. She let the woman style her hair and do her makeup, only pointing out once that she wanted those dark eyes that made her emerald eyes sparkle, and that she wanted her lips to be as red as the color of blood.

It was only once they were finished with her did she return to the vampire in the chair. She beamed under his smile as she crawled into his lap, presenting him with that glistening necklace. She hardly expected him to approve of it. She expected that he would send it back and tell her to pick out something else, but instead he plucked the delicate necklace from the box and hooked it around her neck. Her breath hitched as the weight of the necklace fell on her chest, and instinctively she reached up to let her fingers gently touch the diamonds. "Thank you," She whispered, allowing him to guide her from the chair. She took his hand and allowed herself to be led to the cashier. It wasn't until he leaned across the counter to enchant the poor girl. She bit her lip nervously, hardly expecting that it would work. She still expected the girl to stop them as he led her from the building, and it wasn't until they were outside that she grinned so pleasantly.

"Now, how do I know you haven't had me under a state all evening," She purred, moving to wrap her arms around his neck as she pressed herself against his chest. "You didn't tell me how I looked," She pressed those red lips of hers into a pout as she looked up at him. "I got myself all pretty for you and everything."
