Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

There was no denying his affections for the man at his side - the way a wandering look from Henry could make his heart flutter, the way those compliments somehow were more meaningful, hell, the way he looked forward to simply coming home for the possibility that Henry might be here already. He had known from the beginning what his answer would be. Sterling had no intention of ever leaving Henry again, at least, for as long as the man would let him remain. After all, look at where leaving had led them. Still, he hadn't anticipated the way Henry had shifted away from him, the simple action so saw Sterling rush to clarify those words that had left his lips in fear that perhaps the man at his side hadn't quite understood his intent. He heard the soft exhale from Henry's lips, the sound of relief so brought a small simper to the warlock's features. He hadn't really expected the extent in which Henry was so willing to do exactly as he had asked, the notion of the pair going on an actual date was enough to bring a small flush of pink to his cheeks. They had never gone on an actual date before - had they? Not that he could remember and yet, he hardly knew if his memory was missing days or weeks or any gaps in between. That thought alone was altogether terrifying and yet, he hardly allowed himself to linger upon it long. After all - he had Henry again and everything would be okay - right?

His bright blue eyes glanced up at his boyfriend, watching as that happiness so suddenly seemed to drain from his features. A small frown crossed his lips, followed immediately by a hint of concern. Those words that left Henry's lips caused his own eyes to widen ever so slightly, the man immediately shaking his head. "No, no, of course not. I....I mean, I know it's not how you'd typically start a relationship but...I don't want you to go. Please?" He wasn't entirely aware of the way in which his voice had turned entirely pleading, as if begging Henry to stay with him. The sheer notion of being alone again was entirely distressing to him - not to mention the simple fact that Henry would need someone when the next shift came. Sterling put his own plate and drink down on the coffee table in front of him. It was silly really, how much the simple prospect of Henry leaving so distressed him to the point where he simply yearned for Henry's touch in a way of reassurance, the man found himself suddenly leaning his body against Henry's shoulder, his voice a soft whisper as he uttered simply, "Stay here with me, Henry."
