Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

It was the use of the word 'child' that has Vhalla's anger flaring once more. Perhaps she would have interrupted him right then and there, yet Sebastian plowed through with such blunt force that has the assassin merely blinking at him. She hated him for calling her out on wanting death. He was right and she truly despised how well a stranger knew her. As he continues on she gives him a weak smile, one that might have had fire behind it if she weren't so tired. "Ah, but where's the fun in not being reckless?" she grimaces before turning away from him, her attention focusing on the mare again.
Watching the beautiful creature, she's tempted to reach out and stroke the horse but she refrains from doing so. Instead, she leans on the stall in silence. It's only when Sebastian offers a name of the mare that has Vhalla snorting with amusement, causing the mare to perk up her ears at the woman. The attention is only brief as she realizes the witch had nothing to offer her. "It seems fitting, Dorian seems to have a knack for classy... well anything to be honest," she shrugs before turning away from the proud creature.
Inquiring about alcohol she's pleasantly surprised the vampire doesn't kick her out and instead follows her out of the barn. Stretching her sore limbs above her body, she regrets it immediately as the pain from her wound throbs. Wincing, she quickly drops her arms, a hand finding a place on her hip as she turns to watch Sebastian close up the barn. His askance of her type of alcohol only draws a shrug out of her, "Preferably bourbon but anything is fine," she states simply. Waiting for the man to catch up, Vhalla follows behind him as he leads her across the grounds.
She hadn't spent much time looking at his rather fine estate upon arrival, as her mind was fairly occupied with the debate of killing him once she arrived. Now, she glances at his home with a small sense of appreciation. At least he managed the upkeep with the estate, though she was rather certain he didn't do any of the work, considering the butler that met her at the door. The assassin wouldn't be surprised if he had more than one person employed in his service. Tearing her eyes away from the grounds she's silent until Sebastian leads her through the doors of his home.
Letting her eyes adjust to the gloom, she takes the time to appreciate the inside of his estate this time. Letting out a low whistle, she raises a hand to her hip again and pauses just inside the door. Glancing down at the clean floors, she slips her boots off and sets them neatly next to the door. The vampire probably thought the woman had no manners, and it was true, she didn't. At least, only when she wanted to. Turning towards Sebastian, she glances at the quiet man, a frown marring her features, "Why is it that old men always want large houses?"
"Is it that they are trying to accommodate for something or...?" she trails off a small touch of humor dancing in her eyes as she waits a bit more patiently for Sebastian to show her where to go.
