Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
That teasing tone upon the man's lips prompted a warm grin upon those sweetheart ones of Serafina's own. She leaned forward all the same, her breath soft and warm against his skin as her fingers danced tantalizingly upon his thigh, the girl entirely content to inform him not only of Raven's upcoming marriage but too, her desires for Azrael to go with her. The young witch had few qualms of utilizing such bribery to her advantage. She could feel those jeans beginning to tighten beneath her touch. Before she could make any further effort to convince the man of her worthiness, that vehicle swerved on the road back to the lane she hadn't realized they had veered from in the first place. That declaration of her name hardly stopped her tongue from delicately licking the flesh of his neck, her antics only ceased as her boyfriend gave into her whims, prompting a certainly satisfied grin from the young woman's features. She settled back into her own designated seat, regarding the Hunter with a sort of smugness. "Don't worry, I won't." She promised him in an entirely sincere fashion, even if it came in the wake of an impish wink.
It was that inquiry of a gift that prompted a frown on her features, that prospect of a wedding present was one the woman hadn't even considered. Though, really, what could either of that couple possibly want? Raven's fiance seemed as if he could be happy with a damn stick. And Raven? Well, it wasn't as if she had any real tastes for anything. By outside appearances she was by far the blandest woman Serafina had ever met. A groan left her lips as she leaned her head back against the chair. "Damn it. I didn't think of that. She will probably want something stupid and practical like socks. She takes all the fun out of gift giving." Serafina complained, maybe they could give them a honeymoon to like....a wildlife retreat or something. Not that she could imagine either of them on a plane. This whole prospect of wedding gifts made the girl almost agitated, her arms folded against her chest in a pout of discontentment. Even so, she refused to dwell on that gift any longer, that day was supposed to be theirs alone and the young witch intended to keep it so. Instead, she distracted herself with those idle curiosities of that package and the tracking of that supernatural species.
Serafina took particular interest in the way her Hunter boyfriend so tracked his query. It hardly perturbed her truly much, what he did. She had no real allegiance to her species or the supernatural world she lived in. Her only dedicated was to select individuals. A curious glimpse crossed her features as she considered his words and yet any further mention of these council's ability was lost in the face of that festival the vehicle had quite suddenly stopped in front of. This was entirely unexpected, the young witch quite neat perking up from that previous disgruntlement as Azreal opened the door for her. She was far too eager to lead him into three heart of that festival after his assurances that he would surely be fine. It wasn't often, that she was aware, to find true witches honing and selling their crafts in public! This was an event that she quite relished in. Her stormy eyes could hardly stay still as she took in all that the festival had to offer, the woman entirely content to drag the Dark Hunter behind her and towards those curiously traditional witch garbs. It was that teasing that prompted the woman to suggest those far skimpier outfits, those which were only socially acceptable to venture out in the darkness of Halloween, if that.
She hardly lingered long, however, before her hand reached out for his, dragging him before her only to place that classical ebony hat upon his head. That sheer suggestion of "going native", however, was hardly meant to be taken with any great level of seriousness. Serafina herself was far too vain to stoop to such a level of disheveledness. In fact, the woman was all too content to tease him of quite the opposite, the girl assuring her boyfriend of her efforts to be smooth and hairless everywhere. The suggestion of all of those places she was referring to was certainly clear in that moment, even as she turned away from him, only to be stopped by the grab of his hand. She gave in easily enough to that gentle tug, allowing him to guide her in such a fashion that her back rested against his chest, her head tilted upwards to eye him as he whispered in her ear, that simple suggestion alone was enough to send a shudder down her spine. "Don't you know, Azrael, I had every
She was almost displeased by the fashion he so released her and yet, the woman's stormy gaze turned away from her lover, momentarily distracted by that crystalline ball. She reached out to touch it, that magical object easily reacting to that silver blood within her veins. She reached out for her boyfriend, dragging him near her with the declaration of wishing to use that artifact upon him. She tried, truly, to be factual of those bits of her magic she subjected him to...well, eventually. That suggestion that he touch it, however, prompted only a narrowed gaze from the hunter. That warm grin crossed her features as she leaned heavily on that table. "Not very much, just...shows pictures like a movie." She explained, attempting to coax the man towards that ball. She watched as he set his jaw, only to reach out with some firmness for that ball. Her gaze turned expectantly towards the orb, her own affinities reaching out for it. "Shhhhh." She commented, watching as those clouds cleared for her view alone. That grin on her features only increased at those visions she saw playing about that orb, those stormy eyes raised towards the man and yet, she failed to voice exactly what she'd seen. Rather, she stepped closer towards the man, leaning up on her toes for her lips to brush across his cheek. "Let's just say I know what we're doing tonight." She commented, with a sly sort of grin before the woman stepped away and onto the next booth.
