Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellingtonget close enough to have fun
but not enough to get attached

The vampire's lips gingerly caressed the flesh of his companion, his concern clearly lacing his accented lyrics as he spoke softly of his demand to see his companion feed himself. He had always seen to it to provide his victims with the incentive to care for themselves after he was finished with them, instilling within them the need to both eat and drink if only for their continued liveliness. His very existence was based on those so strongly held morals of life, hardly wishing to steal from them which they had so selflessly provided him. With Dorian, however, there was a desire greater than just his want to ensure the man remained alive. He wanted to see him well, for an entirely selfish reason he could hardly explain. The vampire nodded ever so slightly at Dorian's eventual agreement to give into his request though he could hardly deny the creeping worry that spread over him at the King's initial inquiry. His thoughts lingered entirely upon this simple fact, fretting over it perhaps more then he should have as he disentangled himself from the fairy's figure to fetch the warmth of the heated towels instead. His lips pressed together in silence as he waited for his companion to join him before wrapping the towel around his companion's figure.

A weak simper crossed his features at the soft kiss that brushed his cheek and for a moment he simply stood there, watching the man in front of him dry those droplets from his radiant skin. "Dorian." Sebastian stated abruptly, that teasing, affectionate demeanor suddenly replaced with something far more serious. "I need you to promise me you'll eat the day after I take blood from you. I didn't know you hadn't been." His hand reached up, running through his hair in a minute display of discomfort at this realization. "It helps your body to restore what I take from you. You'll recover faster and..." He faltered momentarily choosing his words with care, "....and should you...partake in any other strenuous activities, you won't find yourself so weakened afterwards." It was perhaps the first time Sebastian had ever truly acknowledged out loud that he was surely not the only soul within Dorian's life. He had never once sought for reassurance from the man of his perceived importance, much less made any efforts to create any grandous long term plans. Sebastian knew well his place in this aspect.

Despite his concern, Sebastian knew well to not press the topic any further. Lovers whom were too taxing were not often kept long, a fact the man knew well and so, instead, he simply focused on drying his own skin from the heat of the tub. The vampire hardly lingered long within the bathroom, instead retreating to the comfort of his own bedroom in a subtle effort to disengage in even the sheer mention of Dorian engaging in activities with others. He hardly wanted to hear the gilded lies that even he so often told those whom shared their beds with him. The vampire lingered instead over the clothes that lined the walls of his walk in closet, his fingertips reaching out to brush against those button up shirts before settling upon a dark navy one. His crystalline gaze glanced upwards at the sound of Dorian's voice, a small simper brushing across is feature. The Victorian era, after all, had been entirely about appearances. It was a value engrained within the vampire to the extent that it was a part of who he was. This was but a necessity for his lifestyle. "Thank you." He responded softly, glancing back towards the shelves only to pluck a pair of pants from them. In truth, for how particularly non-existent it was to share these moments of his life with another, Sebastian was decidedly comfortable to simply exist within the same space as his companion. It was a phenomenon he was growing peculiarly used to.

Sebastian had only just finished sliding those jeans over his bare hips at the sound of Dorian's inquiry and yet, in truth, he hardly found the question odd. After all, within his life at court, titles and birthplaces and estates were all anyone ever cared of. It was a finely crafted game of appearing better than what they had or at least striving to marry such way. The vampire's fingers began to button the front of his shirt, responding with little hesitance. "I was born in Belton in Lincolnshire. My family's estate is still there but we moved to London as soon as I was of age to attend court." He hardly felt a need to expand upon the move, after all, being the only son of his family's line it had been quite an obvious decision and indeed, he had excelled in it. Still, such things were decidedly well within the past and likewise, Sebastian saw little reason to dwell upon it further. So few had any real inkling of the Englishman's life to the point that it was entirely second nature to provide only the information he was directly asked.

It was shortly after that the vampire finished the buttoning of his own shirt, moving to join Dorian before the mirror. A singular glance was given to his own reflection, too ensuring that every piece of clothing was in it's proper place before the vampire turned his attention to the small vanity that sat next to it, the surface cluttered ever so neatly with bottles of varying shapes and sizes. He plucked one from the depths of it, spraying the liquid on his wrists before holding one nonchalantly out to Dorian himself. "This is the one you like." His other hand shifted through the other bottles before settling upon an amber hued bottle. "I think you might like this one though too." Sebastian commented after a moment's thought before presenting the very bottle to his lover, fully intending to wait for the man to choose which ever perfume he too so wished to wear for their evening before venturing to the park.
