South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It had been so long since last she was able to be by herself. Naturally she was susceptible to wanting to be close to her pack, the lupine side of her constantly demanding her of this. However, there was also the understandable need for her to take time for herself. It was healthy to allow herself some distance. Was it selfish? Perhaps and yet she needed some time for herself. Of course she had the raven-haired witch and the Were-red fox to provide her that female companionship and yet, it wasn't the same. For pack members it was essential for the bonds to strengthen. In a pack everyone had another, like a friend or close comrade .Tobias and Tetradore had each other. In the pack Raven didn't really have anyone else. Regan came and went, each time Raven thought she would stay and their bond be closer, the ebony tiger disappeared. Henry was Tetradore's vector and he never seemed in a happy mood, but he had his creator and friend. So who did that leave Raven with? The lupine was surrounded by males and felines. She was alone in a way. With their maleish behavior, their male way of thinking not having the capability of understanding her own female thoughts, barely comprehending any of her wolfish ways. Instead of them attempting to comprehend her, she took the time to understand them and their ways, and by doing so not acting on her canine tendencies.

Being within these woods was a healthy short sabbatical. While the boys were boys within the Ark she retreated to the woods. Other than the Ark Raven felt quite safe within the woods. It was like a second home that seemed to stir something to life within her. It reminded her of her old home, well at least the good memories. She enjoyed being surrounded by massive tall trees, although the scent of pine was lacking, she did appreciate the familiarity of the area. Lying down underneath the maple tree was quite comforting. She wasn't quite sure what she would do next for her night within the woods. Surely the boys were doing something fun, whatever it was. Her dial rested upon her grey paws, her grey-trimmed ears twitching back and forth to listen to the crickets that chirped, the occasional hoot of an owl, and all the nocturnal creatures that were alive within the forest. As she focused upon the river she had recently drank from, blue-grey eyes darted towards the other side where the other she-wolf appeared. The bark and whine was a confusing sound. Raven was prone to hearing a chuffing noise come from the felines. There was no use for Raven to bark or whine, it was noises that cats did not make nor was it sounds they fully understood. Besides she was used to receiving snarls and growls from her familial pack.

She wasn't accustomed to being around wolves that did not attack her first. When they were together at the Ark Raven didn't feel anxious about Mira. Raven was home. She was in her territory. She had no reason to fear another. Not when her pack was close by, incase Mira would take advantage of her generosity. It was sad in a way. The wolf longing to connect with a creature that would understand her and yet she was afraid of her own sub-species. Her ears would fold back, wary about how close Mira was getting. That tail that flicked back and forth slowly signaled what Mira's mood was, it wasn't anything bad or something that would be threatening. And yet Raven still didn't feel comfortable. Awkwardly she shifts where she lies, moving upwards to allow herself to sit, still feeling uneasy. Her sleek ebony and grey tail would puff up, like a cat's would, her tail twitching in a nervous manner. Her gentle voice would easily press into the other's skull.

"I told you I would be okay. You do not look so bad yourself. Any interesting things happen to you after we last spoke?"
