South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

She was starting to get that flush to her cheeks that said she was starting to feel the whiskey. He knew he was and it was a great feeling. This is what he'd wanted when he stepped in the bar tonight. He wanted to get lost in the liquor so he could stay out of his own head. It was the company he didn't plan on. She was infinitely curious of his bedroom habits which only amused him. Surely she had some kinks in her own fantasies. She called him a giver and he chuckled and shrugged. "What can I say? I give as good as I get." Then her voice got all breathy, which made his eyes darken. She asked what he wanted and he smirked. "Don't dive too deep into that. You probably won't like what you find." He was glad he was all about discipline and he wasn't looking for a quick lay tonight. She was curious but also a witch and he tried to make those off limits. It hit too close to home. Humans, Were's, practically anything else, he was game. She seemed amused when he brought up the idea that the ghost liked to be choked and that's how she died. She said mid orgasm and he grinned before shaking his head. "Ah, that would suck. Not even getting to finish. Though I guess she'd have been at her highest pleasure. Maybe it's better that way." She tried to sound serious, but he couldn't help the twinkling in his eyes. He blamed the whiskey.

She was getting too close though, asking about the coven he was in and what they'd been doing. He could care less about their secrets or what they would do to him if they found he told. He was more worried about her diving into why he joined and how he felt he should be punished. She teased him about getting her riding crop and he chuckled. "Only if you plan to use it." He dared her with his eyes as he threw back another shot. He'd lost count of how many he'd had by now. He finally brought up Keithand she shrugged, saying she could find his ghost. Christian tensed at the idea. A part of him would love nothing more than to see him again but the other part of him dreaded seeing anything but the love he was so used to seeing on his face. No, surely Keith would hate him for what he'd done. He shook his head. "He should be resting in peace, unless he's haunting my life, making sure I suffer accordingly. In which case, he's doing a great job." He held up his drink as if congratulating the ghost of his ex fiancé.

She didn't seem offended when he laughed about her taking care of the coven. Instead she leaned forward and muttered that she had a secret. He raised a brow. Then she said that she could raise an army of the dead. The very idea both terrified and fascinated him. He wasn't sure which side was winning out but either way, he was impressed. Then she dared him to let the ghost possess him and he leaned back, his face sobering. He was about to say he'd pass but then he thought about it. What was the worst that could happen? Maybe she'd just make him walk in front of a train or something. That would be fitting. Finally he smirked. "Fine. Show me whatcha got." Maybe it was the booze talking. What's the worst that could happen?
