South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

It was simply unbecoming of her to act in such an atrocious and primitive way. Really the girl trapped within her feral mind was quite a gentle soul. Yet it would hardly seem that the behemoth she-wolf was capable of being...nice. The curly-haired woman would have instantly apologized for her behavior. She was hardly the one to approach another individual with her teeth bared with those her stony colored eyes staring one down as if they were a taste piece of morsel. It was a hard thing to believe. Who else would look upon the particular lupine with such trusting eyes, not when that thunderous growl vibrated the ground. The scent of blood was such an appetizing perfume that seemed to make the giant lupine salivate. That metallic scent assured the she-wolf that her smaller canine cousin was the appropriate thing to eat at this time. After all, wolves were Mother Nature's way of weeding out the weak and the sick. She was, at this time, programed to carry out such a morbid task. Murder was simply not something she believed in, but she could hardly tell if this fox was part human or not â€" it did not matter. Prey was prey. Foxes trespassed on wolf's lands sometimes and each trespasser had to learn a deadly lesson. A bark of laughter could be heard when the red fox bared those harmless pearly white fangs, and the feral minded wolf could not help but lower her own ebony skull and snap her deadly sharp teeth right above the fox's head. A manner that seemed almost playful...almost. This was a weakened animal and the wolf did not mind to play with her meal. Sadly though the only one that didn't want her to play was the annoying stallion that came out of nowhere, acting as the silver knight. Grey-trimmed ears flattened tightly against her skull as a larger form of prey dared to stand above the current meal she was playing with. Her skull would tilt to the side as the horse began to speak which brought the girl to flick her tail upwards in an unflattering manner â€" the animal way of saying 'Fuck you.' It would seem that there was a part of Raven that came out in this moment. Yet the scent and sound of urine coming from the she-wolf was echoed by a haunting laugh mixed in with a thunderous growl. Her gargled voice would press into her prey's minds, as she proudly puffed out her grey marked chest.

"Woods...for wolf and others...not for...horse."

Anyone that knew Raven understood that she was quite capable of stringing words together without falter. Yet surely Frost would notice there was a change in the girl that had once slapped him in the face. It was the sudden appearance of another red fox that caught the wolf's attention. That familiar scent seemed to help point her head down as she watched one fox look to the other. This old red fox she knew so very well...the one that got away. It was when the foxes began to run away that stirred the apex predator to engage in the coveted chase. The thought of the horse was lost for this moment. The colossal sized wolf easily trekked after the foxes easily capable of catching up on their heels. Her head would lower and her jaws would snap above Alexis as the foxes weaseled themselves tightly in the den. At this moment Raven was able to take hold of herself, briefly, keeping her grey paws from digging up and ruining the safety of the den. Instead the massive wolf would curl itself around the den, her head hanging just above the hole as her jaws opened to show her teeth to the horse should he come along and for her to be able to grasp one of the foxes' that dared to leap out. The wolf was protecting her catch from any threat including the egotistical horse that seemed to forget his place in the food chain. For a moment Raven's soft voice was mixed with the gargled rough sounding voice of her feral mind...hopefully Alexis would pick up that Raven was still in there...barely able to take control.

"Foxes...in...hole...safe from horse...Foxes...mine."
