The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

if these wings could fly for the rest of our lives
I couldn't deny I found it utterly baffling that people would choose to live on a boat. I mean, wouldn't that get nauseating sometimes? The whole up and down and up and down and uppp and downnn. It was rough and I'd only been on here for like...half an hour. Maybe you get used to it after a while? Maybe it just kinda rocked you to sleep or something? I should ask. "That must be interesting...do you like sleeping here?" I inquired, my head tilting to the side. I still couldn't fathom it. Then again, I'd never actually been on a boat before. This was my first time and we still weren't even out at sea. Man, I do wish we were on a smaller boat, where we could go out into that big great nothingness with the wind in our hair and any course we chose to take at our fingertips! It would have been amazing! Oh well, back to land though right? She giggles at my enthusiasm but she seems more friendly now that we stopped talking about her boyfriend. I can't help but to grin back at her, my head bobbing ever so slightly as she mentioned that I was a refreshing bit of air compared to the people she must have usually talked. "I imagine that must get exhausting after a while." I uttered with a grin, I mean, I would find it hard to listen to all the time too. I couldn't imagine the kind of friends she must have.
Still, I was content to tell her about my own meager experiences within this city that I was still very much getting used to. Thankfully, she seemed to understand what I was going through, at least, in some regards. Her words caught me off guard though, "Wearing a mask?" I inquired, my lips twisting to a small frown and yet, she seemed to be a bit lost in her thoughts too. I wasn't quite sure what she meant with this whole mask thing. My mom always taught me to be sincere, even if it wasn't what the other person wanted to hear. You always had to be honest because it was the right thing to do! I mean, I was sure the man down stairs was kinda honest with me. I just didn't quite understand what he wanted, or maybe I was too wrapped up with my own want for friends that I wasn't paying attention to his wants. Oops. Oh well, my thoughts turned from the man downstairs as the woman at my side asked about my friends. Friends! They were a great topic! I loved my friends, even if I didn't know them very well.
Okay, truthfully, I was kind of hoping Alexis would be my third friend all along but she was the first person to really offer it. I mean, I don't know if Arlo really knew he was my friend and I kinda did yell at Calliel to be my friend...sorta. Still! This was perhaps more exciting then all the others! I couldn't help but to gasp, my hands clasping together nearly immediately. "REALLY?!" I questioned, my voice certainly had gotten louder with my enthusiasm! "I'd LOVE to be your fourth friend and you can be my third! Ahh! This is so exciting!" Okay, I might have squealed a little but really, this was utterly awesome. I was distracted ever so slightly as we finally got towards the door and tentatively I stepped through only to find myself on the dock much further down from the entrance I had entered at. She directed me towards the South again with a nudge of her head and for a moment I can't help but to frown as I tried to remember how we got here in the first place. Still, I glanced up with some relief as she offered to accompany. "Yeah! Okay! That'd be awesome!" I responded, skipping ever so slightly to the side so she could join me on the dock. This was going to be fun!
