The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
Despite the young woman's admission in regards to his importance within her life, the were-creature hardly pressed her on the topic. Instead, he was quite content to simply let the conversation drift to her shampoo though it too was a topic he hardly felt the need to truly engage in. Tetradore offered her little more then a small shrug of his shoulders. In truth, shampoo had never truly met much to him. Her preferred masculine, husky scents, which were often mirrored within his usual shampoo and soap choices. This scent was fair more feminine though he had already gotten used to his scent enough that it didn't particularly bother him one way or the other. Instead, the man was rather content to simply remain attentive to the pancakes that had been promised to him for his services rendered. After all, they were far better then anything that he could make himself and with Raven refusing to leave her own room, the Ark had been rather lax on food of late. The shift alone made him far more hungry then perhaps most males his age, the change from beast to man was enough to that his body often felt the need to replenish itself. As of such, he was quite content to let the silence drift between them, hardly being the talkative type himself.
In fact, it wasn't until the girl's soft, contemplative tone that Tetradore brought his emerald eyes off of the plate in front of him and to the fairy female across from him. Despite her inquiry, he wasn't quick to respond, instead chewing upon his food and swallowing entirely, allowing the girl plenty of time to tease him in a fashion that he was perhaps equally entirely unused to. Tetradore paused, his fork dangling by his fingertips, his eyebrows furrowed as if he was some how puzzled by the girl and her antics. "Dark Hunters..." He started, leaning back to place his fork down in the process, "...are exactly that. They hunt us. All of us. They will kill you simply for what you are. There is nothing more to them then that." He shrugged ever so slightly as if this alone was enough for him. After all, it wasn't as if Tetradore had met a hunter that had failed to live up to those very few expectations. Unfortunately, he had also managed to kill far more of their kind then he had managed to be on their receiving end.
Her jab, however, was hardly ignored, the boy reaching up to rub the back of his neck in a habitual gesture. "I don't really have anything to talk to you about." He responded, his words decidedly blunt and yet entirely lacking any sort of malicious tone to them. "I've never been valued for conversational skills." Tetradore admitted after a moment of silence. He had been captured and tamed for his unique abilities to kill. He was supposed to be the monster beneath the bed. It was a role he fulfilled well. Tetradore was entirely capable of being imposing and intimidating - but never social. "Your pancakes are good?" He spoke after a moment, his voice holding a hint of inquiry as if he was entirely unsure if this was a more acceptable form of conversation then the one the two had or hadn't been sharing. He was willing to leave it at that until the girl pulled her knees to her chest, seeming far more vulnerable in the gesture then she had even the evening prior. "Oh." He replied, his tone softer, quieter, and yet it was perhaps this topic that fully rewarded the woman with the weight of his intense stare. There was a tinge of regret somewhere deep within his soul, one that led to the sorrow that so often made it's home within the man. "Yeah.." He glanced away from her abruptly, fully throwing his attention into whatever view rested just outside of her window. "Sorry about that."
