Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Nadya Tetradore

Time, as it had always done, drifted on by after her brother's death. The death of an Alpha was hardly something that was ever easy for a pack, if it had been a beloved Alpha that is, so it wasn't a surprise that the Nightshade pack and mourned heavily for their fallen leader. It was normal for a new Alpha to be declared and a pack to adjust and continue on. However, there had always been a clash between Tobias and Nadya and with the deviant's self-imposed Alpha behavior, which she refused to submit to, she left the Ark. The steel boat wasn't something she cared to fight him for and it would have only been a long and bloody battle anyways.

Between Tobias' behavior and the constant reminder of her brother's passing from his empty room, Nadya found a place on the border of the West so she could still patrol the territory to ensure the safety from a distance. This new arrangement meant she had the twins back again as well so there was a silver lining to the situation. They had turned two the previous month and beginning to come into their personalities. Isabel reminded Nadya of Tobias, wild and loud but with a stubbornness that both parents shared. Micah was still the quiet one, Nadya having been concerned on more than one occasion that he may have a speech delay, but he was happy and willingly followed in his sister's footsteps. Their rambunctious nature had Nadya even looking into daycares to send them to.

It was this in mind that Nadya was now yanking clothes onto Micah while Izzy's shrieking laughter bounced around the room as she had shed her clothes and was running around the hallways. "Izzy! Put your clothes back on, we have to leave!" Nadya huffed as she glanced to Micah. "Keep your clothes on so I can get your sister." She left her quiet son to follow after the wild child. This phase that had the twins despising their clothes wouldn't have necessarily been a problem seeing as they were Weres after all but society required them clothed. Nadya exhaled audibly at Izzy's behavior when her attention was diverted by the knock at the door. She wasn't expecting anyone. "...Izzy, hush." There was a new sudden sternest to the mother's tone that the child picked up on which caused the little girl to cease in her tracks. "Stay there." Nadya motioned for Izzy to remained back by the bedrooms before making her way to the front door. A quick peek through the peephole showed the delivery men on the other end. Odd but non-threatening at least.

Nadya opened the door, eyeing the boxes then the men, "I didn't order anything." It had been months since she had directly spoken to the snowy-haired man who had taken her brother's life but he had recently taken to hanging around the peripheral of Nadya's life. She thought she had been rather clear about her anger towards him for killing her brother with the strike she had made against him. Of course with his presence beginning to linger again she assumed these packages were from Frost in the next step of whatever plan he was attempting to pull. Just as Nadya was about to begin closing the door one of the delivery men hastily explained to her that they were from the man downstairs and her gaze followed his pointing finger to the figure waiting by a car.

It felt like ice had been dumped directly into her veins as familiar emerald eyes looked back at them. "That's...not.....he's dead." Nadya stammered as she hastily stepped backward to the bewildered look of the men. Their assurances of his very much alive status did relatively little to calm her. For a moment Nadya was frozen in unsurity before that old pang of painful mourning flared up again pulling her feet of their own accord down those steps to that man. If this was some kind of joke it was the cruelest of them all. The young woman came to a halt barely an arms reach from her brother. She couldn't feel the bond at all, that once steel cable running between them still that empty void that left a chill in her very soul. Suddenly, one of Nadya's hands came up and smacked Aidan directly on the chest, tears springing to her eyes. "What the fuck, Aiden!?" Because that's how you always handle your dead brother popping back up out of nowhere.
