Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

There was something so disconcerting about the sudden change of Sebastian's behavior. How utterly saddened and lost he had become just by the very mention of William's name. Perhaps she would have once felt that tug of jealousy but she had learnt to deal with such emotions. Still, she found herself in an almost awkward predicament as she comforted the vampire man. What she did not expect was for him to announce that she was not so alone in this world. Sighing, she lifts a hand to run through her hair briefly, her blue eyes fixed on Sebastian, "Sometimes I wish I was, that way there would be fewer people who would be hurt," she says a bit bluntly, her shoulders shrugging. She might have been offended by his choice of words but she was tired of being angry.
Watching the man put away the mare, she again admires the horses within those stalls, her arms folding across her chest. When he comments, that Dorian is fond of her, even Vhal's brows arch in surprise. She hardly made an effort to befriend Dorian, she was astonished that he had any sort of fondness towards her. Though, she felt a bit pleased nonetheless. Noting that weak smile that dances across his lips, Vhalla can't help but offer him a sly one in return. Shaking her head briefly, she takes several steps forward to join Sebastian by the stall. "I've never met anyone like Dorian before," she muses, inspecting the mare briefly before turning back to Sebastian.
"You are also a rather unique person too," she states, leaning up against the stall, though she keeps a bit of distance between the two of them.
"You know, I thought about killing you before I got here. In the last few weeks I'm pretty sure I've plotted your death in about twelve different ways," she laughs a bit quietly before she fixes her blue eyes on him, "After I got here, I realized I was tired of being angry. It takes too much effort," she sighs with a small tilt of her head. Looking past Sebastian towards the stallion, she side steps around the undead man and walks the few paces towards the horse. Halting just outside the stall, she keeps a large step away from the stall as she eye balls the massive animal. Giving a low whistle of appreciation at the horse, she admires the way its ears flick forward, focusing on her.
She's debating on reaching out and stroking its neck but instead firmly clasps her hands behind her back. The assassin didn't particularly want to lose a thumb. "What's his name?" she asks, wanting to deter the conversation away from William. Though she felt no jealousy towards Sebastian, she still had a small hole in her heart that Will had filled for a while. Waiting for his response, she makes room for Sebastian if he so desired to stand next to her. Heaving a sigh, she leans against the opposite wall, her head resting against it, a sort of exhaustion weighing on her shoulders. "Do you have any booze? Let's have a drink and not kill any dark hunters tonight," she gives him a sly smile before pushing off the wall and making her way to the barn's exit.
Pausing just at the door, she turns to look at the vampire, "Well, are you coming?" she asks him a bit impatiently, hardly giving the man a moment to object.
