Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Nadya truly hadn't meant to break the table, that much was sure, it was a casualty in her escape from the suredness of seeing a rodent. You would think a rodent to a feline wouldn't have been startling but Nadya did not do well in rundown places. She had grown accustomed to a certain standard of living. The futon however was...less of an accident. While it wasn't expected that the fabric would give way quite so much, there had been some expectation that her claws may dig into it at first. The resounded rip however caused little concern to flit through the feline's eyes. At least now there was no fabric to hold the stuffing into such an uncomfortable position.
Samantha's subsequent demand that she get off and shoving proved rather fruitless. Nadya flopped heavily onto her side in defiance, one large paw coming up to bat lightly at Samantha's hand. She had only just gotten the futon to behave in its lumpiness and would not be removed. Her stubbornness was rewarded as Sam abandoned her futile attempts to huff and puff over to their pile of stuff by the door. Nadya's ears flicked in curiosity, golden gaze watching her closely as she spoke on the phone to her brother from the sounds of the conversation. Little concern was still displayed when Sam hung up, highly doubting her brother would come, so instead Nadya returned to flopping on her side and batting at the spilled stuffing.
It was with surprise that her large head perked back up only a few minutes later from the knock at the door. Aiden outside of the Ark...and not for business. Nadya slid gracefully from the futon and loped the short distance over to her brother when he entered. "Aiden! Thank God. There was a rat and that table...horrible table...and the state of that futon. This is no place to live." It didn't seem to matter to the young woman that in her feline form no one would understand her but it was clear she was attempting to communicate something as her chest vibrated with grumbles spotted with chuffs of indignation at the state of Samantha's living quarters. Though she was clearly pleased to see her brother as she butted her head against his leg then rubbed the length of her body against him in the same housecat manner she had done to Samantha earlier. Her mind happily grasped at the pack and familial bond that connected them and that ever present little sister side attempted to coax the Were out. Nadya's tail lashed to and fro behind her as she hooked a large paw around Aiden's calf and parted her jaws to press her large teeth to his leg. It wasn't enough to break skin and her claws remained sheathed, but it was surely enough pressure to cause discomfort.
