Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellingtonget close enough to have fun
but not enough to get attached

It had effectively been nearly a decade since Sebastian had truly called on someone. Most of the individuals he met fluttered in and out of his life at such a nightly occurrence - actually connecting with anyone in a fashion beyond such was decidedly difficult for him. Dorian was the first in a long time and truthfully, it would likely be even longer still till another fascinated him perhaps as much as the fairy King did. The sound of Dorian's fingertips upon the door knob immediately drew the vampire's once wandering gaze, the man took those precious seconds to glance down and ensure, himself properly put together without a single wrinkle in place. His gaze darted upwards towards that silver hue of the fairy's gaze and warmly, a simper lit up his features at the sight of the king. Sebastian was, of course, all too aware of the fellow's gaze upon him, traveling ever so slowly down his frame and in turn his own eyes remained steady for any flash of approval or other wise. The vampire, it would seem, held some desire to please his companion and any indications towards such a goal would surely be remembered.

Sebastian was hardly oblivious to the way the fairy's gaze turned downwards towards the singular flower he held so loosely in his grip, nor was he unaware the way it's presence seemed to shift the fairy's demeanor ever so slightly. Gingerly, Sebastian held out the bright and fully blooming foliage to his companion - extra care had been taken to ensure he picked the healthiest of looking plants, even if it would no doubt die soon. It was that subtle language that mattered and in that, Sebastian would spare no expense. He hardly could help the soft chuckle that left his lips at Dorian's words, his own head bobbing ever so slightly in agreement. "It has been a very long week." After all, there was certainly no shame in admitting to some muted degree his own unyielding desires to see the man in front of him once again - not, of course, after Dorian himself had voiced such a want. After all, it was uncouth to vye so blatantly for the King if such interest was not returned. Sebastian knew his place perhaps all too well.

Still, the vampire hardly protested as Dorian gestured him inside, instead offering the vampire a very soft but nevertheless cordial, "Thank you." His darkly hued gaze slowly scanned the apartment he found himself within though he scarcely passed any sort of judgment upon his surroundings beyond the simple observation that it was hardly quite the sort of environment he had come to associate with the fairy at his side. This was decidedly more modern though it was hardly disliked. Such thoughts, however, were hardly dwelled on for very long within the presence of Dorian himself, the fairy vastly more enticing to the vampire then the decor, nevertheless, Sebastian found little fault in their conversation, his own shoulders shrugging ever so slightly. "I haven't had a home in nearly a century now, I imagine decor has gotten....more complicated than it was in our days." After all, within his lifetime their baubles consisted of a plethora of candelabra rather than useless yarn balls. His attention however, was entirely steadfast upon Dorian himself, all too aware of much more at ease the man seemed here then perhaps any other location to date.

A small simper danced upon his features at Dorian' rather wicked grin, his own thoughts too shifting to the promises they had made of 'next time'. He could only assume it was fulfilling such words that had prompted Dorian's invitation to his own home. His gaze darted ever so slightly towards the gestured at staircase, the vampire all too aware of what must lay beyond. "I would love to see all of it." The vampire responded though, in truth, Sebastian was no longer speaking of the house. Oh what meanings could be hidden behind the facade of politeness. He could only hope that Dorian himself might understand what he was suggesting though, he supposed he hardly would have objected all that much if the fae did decide to take him on a detailed tour of the home itself - after all, there was something decidedly pleasing about even just this.
