South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The forest held an eerie dreamy hum tonight, the sky drenched in darkness and slight over cast, it was a perfect night for the pitch oil black wolf to wander within the darkest parts of the woods. She found herself within these southern woods frequently as of late, the towering trees, distinct boulders and various other scars the dense well-travelled tangle became increasingly more familiar. Despite recent events and that impending knowledge that there was a price on her head she finds herself oddly at ease. At least now she knew. Nothing was worse than staring out in the dark, wondering if there was something within that submissive shadow watching your every move waiting for your downfall. That vile pack alpha had somehow found her, but how? She would never truly find out. One thing for certain was she knew this particular chapter of her life was far from over, but a mere bud slowly spreading into fruition. It was impossible to know if she would be the last wolf standing or he would get exactly what he wanted all along. One thing she knew for sure was that he could never take away her freedom, at least not now. Now and even in death, he no longer held her within his unforgiving snare.

The lone wolf wanders deeper with the wood, her golden eyes gently glowing like two amber beacons in the darkness her eyes adjusted well and saw near perfectly in that murky shadow. Tonight, she had found herself lost in a train of thought, as though her surroundings merely blend into one another like a wash of water colour. Like a metronome each paw draws her forward in no direction in particular, the cocktail of scents assaulting her as she drew a deeper breath in. But the newest of scents is what causes those adept canine's ears to pivot atop her head, hearing the sound of running water from a nearby stream that cut through the forest. The scent she tastes upon the gentle breeze is vaguely familiar, one possessed by a wolf. The scent was unmistakable, it was the tattooed wolf she had met weeks ago. She hadn't expected to bump into the kind wolfess by chance yet again and within such close proximity, her presence was impossible to ignore. Part of considers allowing the wolf to simply be and allow her that much-coveted privacy and continue on upon that thought provoking stroll within that wilderness that appeals to her more feral side. She thought better this way, felt oddly more comfortable as the majestic she-wolf than she did as a vulnerable human. Perhaps she should have let sleeping wolves lie, but she did owe it to her to see how she was after that night when they took down the wayward dark hunter. The forest was a safer place without him to mar its safety that so many of their kind took refuge in.

They both suffered from his hand and yet it was her genuine kindness from that night in which she remembers the most. Languid graceful strides draw her closer with ease toward the other wolf, swift and true. It didn't take long to spot Raven there, lounging casually beneath the large imposing maple tree that seemed to peer down at her as though it protected her while she rested. Once within eye sight, Mira pronounced a muted noise in greeting much akin to a crossover of a bark and a whine, alerting the other that she was not alone.

"Hello Raven. Nice to see you under better.. circumstances." A wry expression forms upon her wolfish features. It was true. "You healed well." She drew closer, her golden eyes peering at the other wolf, keeping a decent distance from her. Her maw lolled lazily open, teeth glinting in the pale moonlight. Her tail easily moving slowly, left to right, she is curious if she was out here for the same reason, to clear her head and simply just be what they have become, a wolf. "Care for some company?" She asks curiously, those glowing eyes resting now upon the other she-wolf.
