Nadya was going to be beyond glad when the toddler testing stage was over. Micah surely had his moments too but none quite like her daughter's. Izzy was strong willed and it would be hard pressed to tell which parent that came from. With a heavy sigh Nadya managed to raise from her seat, albeit a little haphazardly trying to hold onto her son who was clinging and whining about being jostled awake. At least her apologies were met kindly, Nadya a little surprised by the ma'am, but the man even moved the surfboard so Izzy could explore it better. "Thank you." Nadya smiled watching her daughter stumble about it. "She thinks they're magic, being able to be on the water and not sink. They don't know how to swim yet so it's very exciting for them watching others on it."
She shifted Micah in her arms to shake his offered hand. "Nice to meet you, I'm Nadya Tetradore. That one crawling all over your board is Isabel, and this here is Micah." She bounced Micah slightly on her hip who simply hid his face against her chest to barely peek back at Ashton. "It's past nap time unfortunately so he's a bit cranky. They've been playing in the sun all day." Izzy was certain to have her meltdown later with no nap but at least for right now she was content.
The young mother watched her toddler attempt to try to build some sort of sand castle on top of the board before turning her attention back to Ashton. The accent of his hadn't been lost on her. "You're not from around here are you? I don't hear that accent very much. I must admit I'm not very traveled myself- I only just went overseas for the first time a few months ago. I haven't even touched the other states here though so I couldn't even begin to guess other than southern I think?" She could be insulting him perhaps but Ashton's demeanor told her it was unlikely.
