The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

He knew that his response would be baffling in the least to the woman and yet he so hardly understood it enough himself to truly afford her the in-depth conversation she surely desired. He hardly remembered his over half ever learning about marriage let along showing any understanding of it or a desire to commit to it and yet- somehow- that singular idea had settled within them both with a ready assurance and excitable willingness to fully to commit to that women he, well, they, adored so entirely even if he was sure she was not given all the appreciation she deserved. Tobias hardly choosing to voice such thoughts any further. The man knowing well she would never agree with him. Her selflessness simply a part of whom she was. That idea of just how he had come to that decision of marriage however would perhaps require some further consideration, the man not unwilling to explore it further. His thoughts momentarily side-tracked by her own words and that consideration that perhaps his other side liked the idea of keeping her to himself. That, he supposed, was relatively possible. His lips lifting into a grin of sorts even despite how possessive that idea sounded.
"That one I might believe."
He offered simply, the man continuing to lead the way towards that mall. The lanky deviant ignoring those automatic doors entirely. Tobias hardly remembering that incident that seemed to linger so clearly in Ravens mind. Some of those antics, it seemed, had been blocked from his view else he had simply forgotten to remember them. That such a thing might well be for the best was surely clear. Tobias choosing instead to ask after those wedding details. After all who knew when he might be afforded that chance again to even be so much a part of that day let alone its plans? The man content to make the most of it, to afford Raven as much of his time as he could and be as any fiancé should. Taking an interest in those plans in the least. Weddings, after all, were largely female territory. Men so often relegated to the sidelines to merely make those simple choices. Blue or white? Beef or chicken? Roses or Lilies? Tobias determined to at least make himself present for those small choices if nothing else. The man content to agree to that spring wedding. In truth any season would surely have appealed to him, seasons holding little importance to the man in the very grand scheme of things, so long as Raven was content. It was that query as to what he might like out of that wedding however that saw his features become almost quizzical in consideration. His shoulders lifted in a light, simple shrug. His own wish-list small in comparison. The man simply desiring a smaller more intimate affair overall. His other half would only ruin anything nicer after all. Tobias unable to stand the thought of that day going awry because of him and his ridiculous, obscure behaviour. How on earth he had that part of himself to thank for his survival he surely knew and yet it would hardly be denied, he supposed, that his other half was distinctly good at surviving against near any odds placed against him.
Raven's agreement on that small wedding saw that small grin touch his lips once more, his head nodded in agreement as he continued to lead the way to that singular store he was looking for. How on earth he even knew where the store was he hardly knew in turn and yet for now he chose not to question it. That mention of Tetradore's business partners prompting that soft chuckle from within his own throat.
"I think we can do without them, besides, they are Tetradore business partners, not ours."
Questionable was perhaps taking it lightly. Tobias well and truly aware of those beings Tetradore and himself often dealt with on a nightly basis, the sort of beings he would be happy to keep Raven away from and not at all the people he wanted attending his wedding. They'd probably steal the good china. His thoughts shifted then towards those upcoming nuptials and the very ceremony itself. The very fact he hardly knew what his religion was seeming to strike him suddenly. Was his religion important to her? Did Raven desire to get married in a church? What religion was she? His eyes widened slightly at those unanswered questions, those dark eyes turned back to his mate at her assurance that his ethnicity alone might provide those clues as to what faith he may well have been raised in- at least- how he might have been raised under different circumstances. The man almost pensive for a moment before shaking his head.
"My Mother, I think.....I think she was Catholic like you said- but my Father wasn't. He was only half Hispanic. I don't think I was ever baptised as anything. My parents were not......close."
His features frowned slightly once more as if attempting to sort through a myriad of images that made no sense, flashing and flickering like strobe lights of fractured memories within his mind before he shook it aside.
"I don't even know if I believe in god. I am happy to just have a celebrant, they don't need to be catholic, I think outside is a good idea for all involved. We are not exactly.....the church going sort of family are we?"
That touch of amusement lingered on his words then, the man chuckling to himself before Raven made mention of those colours. Tobias unaware weddings even had colours until that moment, his head nodding at that blue all the same. Raven seeming unsure as to what else they needed to pick, Tobias affording her an almost blank look as if she expected he might somehow know before that conversation switched to maid of honours and best men. His own choice in that perhaps hardly surprising at all.
"Have I met Serafina? I don't remember her, I'm sorry. Yes, who else would I have other than Tetra? He's my best....everything."
That grin only widened then, another chuckle rising within his throat before he brought them to a stop outside that fancy store, Tobias pushing against the glass door to open it before stepping into that studio with Raven in tow. His hand remaining fitted into her own as he led her into that brightly lit space. The woman behind the desk grinning at the sight of them before hurrying forward to meet them with that query of how she could help today. This hardly the normal reception he knew he was given inside a store, not that he could blame most people, his usual demeanour would have seen him already throwing things about. His attention turned to Raven then.
"I thought it might be nice if we got some proper, professional photos done. A few of them, if you like, something you can keep and maybe even show people when they ask what your fiancé looks like. Heaven knows how many good photos of me actually exist where I'm even looking at the camera."
