The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

"Well, whatever you have in mind I am sure it will be fantastic!"
For such a virtuous young woman you would think she would surround herself with like-minded people. Yet she was willing to spend time with those that seemed to dwell within the depths of vice. Everyone was capable of doing good or bad things, and the young woman wouldn't judge others. She herself had her own skeletons within her closet and she felt she had no room to judge others with their actions. Everyone was what they were be that by tradition or conditions. She was friends with a spotted feline deviant that wanted to cause chaos more than order. Her other friend was a young fox that simply stole everything she could get her speedy hands on it. She was acquainted with a feline that wouldn't think twice to sneak out of a shop with a few goods. Raven was not bothered to surround herself with those that didn't always walk on the righteous path. She herself would be strayed time to time and yet she was okay. She did not care about anyone's' vices so long as it wasn't someone taking the life of another or inflicting torture. The curly-haired woman was too grateful to think such things that would keep those she surrounded herself with to disappear. She was not used to having someone to talk to, someone to spend time with and it was the relationships she held with them that comforted a voided space.
Even though she hadn't been spending much time around her house her sister pack had provided for it she did everything she possibly could to spend her time with Alexis. When she decided to sleep within the cursed woodwork she could never manage to sleep well. Always the nightmares came with vengeance each agonizing night. Always she would relive the moments in which the young woman was tortured and abused by those that deemed her unworthy to take part within their fold. She would wither and turn and twist about. Her body and limbs flinched or jolted as if she were being attacked or beaten from either side. It was never easy waking up in cold sweat shaken from the brief aftermath of those faded memories still lingering. Unknown to her she would talk in her sleep, scream or yell, pleading for the pain to stop. Yet when she was sleeping beside Tobi within his hammock she seemed to be a peace. Perhaps it was because of the hammock. Yet, science says that by sleeping beside another she would feel comforted by the warmth, his body being a presence that provided safety and protection, not to mention she would fall asleep faster and her stress level lowered. Should a nightmare ever pop up it would simply disappear before it could surface a reaction out of her. Not to mention a certain hormone was being increased when she was beside another male. She preferred to sleep within the warehouse beside her deviant companion, but she was willing to give that up for a few nights in order to spend more time with Alexis. Nodding her head some, the young woman would flash a grin towards the fox as she seemed to straighten herself up, delighted by her news, speaking with agog now.
"A run sounds good and finishing it off with a hunt isn't bad at all. Anything else you'd like to do?"
As the waitress placed their drinks and Alexis' food on the table the meek woman would easily reach for her mug. Pulling the hot beverage close to her she would take a sip slowly enjoying the rushing warm sensation that seemed to flow throughout her system. Tea would always be her favorite warm beverage and only hot chocolate could even hold a candle to it. Blue-grey eyes shifted towards the vixen hoping to see that she would enjoy her coffee and bagel. Concern began to creep on her face as she took a sip of her drink, but apparently this was not the correct time to do so, because as soon as the question was asked Raven's eyes would widen and she would begin to choke on her tea. As she began to cough and attempt to breathe once more her mind began racing as her cheeks flared a deep red. She had not discussed such things. She was a very private individual. True she had said something to Nadya, but she was sure her words were whispered very carefully for her ears alone. Catching her breath she would simply sit and stare at the woman. Nervously she lowered her head, allowing her golden-brown curls to create some sort of shield as she fretfully wrung her fingers together. Her words were mumbled and incoherent as she struggled to even get the words out.
"I...um...that...I don't even know if...he..."
There were just some things that just shouldn't be discussed, she thought, as her nimble fingers continued to intertwine with one another. Biting her lip her eyes remained locked on nothing as they remained shifted downwards. She had no idea if her deviant friend had thought of such a thing. Although he was the one that had leapt and kissed at her three times in the South. Yet she was sure he didn't understand that doing such things was quite confusing if he did not have any meaning behind it. Luckily she explained relationships as best as she could and she hoped he would figure it out in time. But really he could have just done it without wanting any sort of strings attached. She could not say. She was not in his mind. Yet she hoped deep down something positive could happen, but it was silly to hope and wish for such things. She did not deserve the friends she was around nor did she think she deserve such a close relationship with Tobias. Wearily she looked up to Alexis her voice very bleak as she struggled to answer this personal question. Honestly was always the best policy.
"I don't know if Tobi feels or thinks the same way, maybe he does, I just don't know. But, I know you are one of my closest friends and whatever happens I'll always be here for you."
It may not be the answer Alexis was seeking, but Raven hoped it was enough to reassure the vixen that she would not leave her behind. No matter what happened.
