South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The usually marked werewolf was stalking through the woods through the edges of Hyde Park. Her feral mind was craving blood. For far too long this side of her was harnessed and ever since that devastating night when she attacked her very own abusive pack this side of her was bidding its time to come out. The obsidian colored wolf would place one grey paw in front of the other in a tentative way her massive frame, the size of a bear, stalked easily through what was once a safe park. Apparently her feral mind relished in the idea of being this massive size. Blue-grey eyes narrowed when she caught a familiar tasteful scent. Blood. A low growl sounded almost like a purr of satisfaction as her smartly shaped head turned to the side leading her body to follow it. Where there was blood there was prey and where there was prey...there was food. Stalking towards the wounded figure her tail flicked side to side in an appeased manner those predatory eyes scanning the scene quickly.

One long pink tongue wiped the size of her muzzle when she noticed an interesting looking fox caught in some sort of fabric. In the back of her feral minds' memories there was a red fox that had bitten her and she was most displeased by this act. It did not matter if this particular fox was the same one that bit her or not. What did matter was how exactly she wanted to kill this one. The gargantuan sized wolf coming from behind her, that monstrous shadow seemed to overcast the vixen. With a threatening snarl her jaw opened to reveal extremely sharp teeth, salvia dripping from her black lips as her grey tipped banner swayed side to side. Her smartly framed head would lower as her warm breath easily pushed the vixen's fur back. Four long scars were deeply embedded in the lupines face and there were far more scars that were scattered all through her form. A clear sign that she had been in numerous scuffles when truly these faded wounds and scars were given to her through torment and abuse. It would seem that today her feral side had found the perfect fun chew toy to play with. Yet it would seem Raven was fighting to take back control over her fractured mind, her soft voice yelling at the fox.

"Run...Run away from me! I don't want to hurt you!"

Yes, it would seem peculiar that the bear-sized wolf growling at the vixen would shout at the girl a warning to run and claim that it didn't want to hurt her. Yet this was a warning that needed to be listened to. Raven was unable to take control over this hideous side of her so she had no idea if the fox ran or not. Yet the feral minded wolf watched the fox carefully as her jaws parted to reveal the sharp teeth once more as a vicious growl crawled out of her throat. Should the fox begin to run the lupine would follow and if the fox stood in place then those nasty pearly whites would snap, hoping to have a taste of that blood that seemed to come out of the injured fox.
