West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

"I didn't do it. He did."

He could hardly help that playful retort, truly, even despite that near boyish tone it surely held. Tobias determined in that moment to differentiate himself from his other half and make that division between the two of them all the clearer. The man holding a distinctly....love hate relationship with that other being that so shared his head space and veritable existence. He was alive because of that other side to himself, that very fracture so having occurred during that single pivotal moment all those years ago that had ultimately seen him save the both of them and yet what should have receded back into that subconscious had only seemed to strength like the very protective shield he was made to be against the world at large and those horrors that, once, might have been the very death of him. How curious it was- to know such madness existed within himself. How many nights had he considered it? Pondered it? And more than that- questioned it. That madness had taken no more than a push to find its feet within him. Robbing him off his very sanity and yet- was it not worth the price he paid to be granted his life? Sometimes he was near given to think it was not. Not when he saw what it did. What it was capable off. The man pushing the idea aside once more with that eternal determination not to ruin those moments he had with his fiancé here and now.

How on earth he was going to apologise to that Monarch he hardly knew. It was a miracle in itself that he had not been shot or detained or anymore then merely arrested. That Dorian fellow so having proven to be a surprisingly....generous individual, if not a merciful one. Tobias finding himself almost pleased with the idea that if Raven was determined to make friends that she had at least chosen well in that respect. The world lacked those truly gentle beings. He himself surely not one of them. Raven perhaps finding something almost kindred in this Dorian. After all, the man himself had taken the time to draw in that book in turn. Though whether his other half might be willing to be convinced of that he hardly knew. Those more territorial desires were far stronger in that more animalistic half. Tobias both loving and loathing that very idea. His thoughts on the matter almost derailed a moment later as Raven shifted that towel from her figure, his gaze drawn decidedly downward with little intention of not letting his gaze rest upon that view that was him alone to admire. He reluctantly allowed the woman to walk away from him then, those golden eyes remaining on her as she begun to dress herself, letting that towel fall with a boldness and confidence that was entirely attractive. At least until that towel was launched in his direction to cover his face. That snort erupting from within him as he worked to unwrap it before that show was over. His eyes rolling almost playfully before he offered those more serious words on just what she did for him....for them. Raven that near primary....caregiver of sorts for most of the pack. A role that surely wasn't hers to bare and yet one it seemed he was more often than not willing to press upon her. Didn't she deserve more? Didn't she deserve better? Her arms encircling him a moment later drawing his attention back to her as her hand brushed against his face. The boy almost content to argue with her.

What he did for her? What did he ever do for her? He was....selfish wasn't he? Didn't she see him as that? Didn't she realise how much she did for everyone and anyone other then herself? The young man biting his words all the same if only because he knew she would argue them. His head simply shaking and yet their was no true disdain there. On this, it seemed, they would always disagree. He knew as sure as the night was dark that she loved him (even if he didn't think he deserved it some days) and yet still, she always seemed so unwilling to be recognised for it. These precious few moments they might be afforded the only chance he truly had to....show her the true depth of his appreciation. It wasn't enough, it would never be enough and yet it was something. His head nodding at last.

"If you want to get me something then I am sure I will love it."

That, he supposed, was surely not a lie. His other half inclined to love anything and everything he might be given- no matter how ridiculous. Tobias trusting raven's judgement in that all the same as he offered his hand to lead her down that gang plank and out onto those docks. The man content to walk to that mall today, his hand still holding his girlfriend's own as they did. The lanky deviant so taking the opportunity, at last, to ask after those wedding plans. This perhaps his only opportunity to truly ask about that ceremony. Heaven knew when he might get the chance again. Surprise finding his features as Raven simply...shrugged. As if she hadn't given much thought to it at all, surprise touching his features then at those words that came, the man about to comment on her very childhood when that question about whether or not he had ever considered getting married seemed to stall him.

He had never....truly considered it. Those golden eyes narrowing slightly with that frown, lashings of dark hair tangling briefly with his eye lashes. He had been merely a child when those very fragments of his personality had shattered, far to young to ever contemplate marriage. In fact, he hardly recalled every learning about it let alone acknowledging it. His other half simply....did not understand it, could not comprehend it, not truly- at least so he had believed and yet if no true understanding of that ceremony existed how on earth had he been capable of making those very decisions about it. He himself, the being present here and now had hardly made all those choices. That 'Other' having persisted with several of them along with that simple determination to ask Raven that singular question. Realization seeming to dawn upon the boys features all at once. How long.....had he truly underestimate himself and what he, that other, truly knew and understood? Where had that desire to marry come from if he had never before even claimed to have understood it? Somewhere along the line, it seemed, he, they, the both of them had come to that decision...together. Some understanding so apparently transferable in a way and yet still Raven's question lingered. His own shoulders lifting in a soft shrug then.

"I.....don't know. I don't remember thinking of it but I don't remember a lot of things, somewhere along the way, somehow, it simply....became an idea that I think- we both shared even if we did not recognise it."

That Raven would likely not understand him entirely was surely possible and yet that smile found his lips all the same, the man gesturing for her to continue with those ideas she had come up with in regards to the season in the least.

"I have no problem with spring and I think....i might have an idea for how I can offer you input even when I am not around but I will need to think on it a little more first."

That simper tugged at his lips all the same, the boy offering her no more explanation for now as they rounded that corner towards the mall, is hand still in her own as people passed around them, stepping aside for the couple.

"I don't really think I have too many preferences I suppose. I.....don't really want a large wedding, not that I'd expected we'd have a large one anyway but something small would be more....us, don't you think?"

Well, all three of them really, Tobias hardly choosing to comment upon it, another thought turning within his mind as they stepped through those automatic doors and into the mall itself, the young man leading the way to the store he wanted.

"Did you want to get married in a church? I only just realised I....have no idea what religion I am."
