The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

With one hundred floors and a 125-foot spire, the Starlight Tower rises high above the Sacrosanct skyline. More than just a landmark, the Starlight Tower offers a unique mix of restaurants, shops, and offices spaced throughout the building. Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
"I believe, as the gentleman you are, it is your duty to ask for such an invitation." Chizue counted without hesitation, a single brow rising almost pointedly as she turned those societal expectations back upon him. Then again, Chizue supposed she wasn't surprised. The Western world was a stark opposite to the reserved country of her birth. Here women were almost expected to make the first move in some bizarre attempt to empower the fairer gender in a way Chizue had never found herself wholly comfortable with. Dating, after all, was not something she was very experienced with - it being forbidden as a clause in her contract. That teenage persona was far bolder in this then she would ever be. Chizue hardly dwelled upon it long, however, the bubbly teenager easily jumping from one topic to the next as she informed him of her newfound intention to move - though hardly as far as Oliver seemed to think. Chizue was quick to reassure him she was hardly leaving town, though really, the more she thought about it, the better of an idea it seemed to be - not that she intended to tell him that.
His request for a tour, however, wholly caught the girl off guard. Her advice to make the first move had seemingly been listened to. A beam broke across Chizue's fair features as her head bobbed eagerly, "Of course. I just...need to find a new place and pack up everything and buy a whole household of furniture and get everything delivered and set up...I wonder how quickly I can get that done..." After all, it wasn't as if money was an issue for the retired kpop star. She supposed she could pay someone for it. Her fame in this country was hardly significant by any means, not enough that her presence would be any source of gossip in the slightest. Those thoughts deviated abruptly, the young woman prone to a newfound talkativeness that her coworkers hardly appreciated from the usually quiet girl. Those lamentations upon her lips were hardly new - they had been festering within her for nearly a year now, her mind lingering upon her situation with her coven, her overwhelming fear of the world at large, and those witches that were still out there, stalking the shadows. It wasn't even the first time that Chizue had voiced those thoughts aloud to the man who sat innocently within the padded banquet seat. She had, after all, already garnered some advice from him, even if Chizue had failed to take any action yet.
The baffled look upon his face was hardly new either, by any means. In fact, she'd seen that look quite a lot recently, those few individuals she had steady interaction with had yet to discover her unique...condition. Rather, she'd heard before of whispers that she was some deranged victim of an unfortunate and nonetheless annoying mental condition. Bipolar, they called her, as if she couldn't hear them whispering behind the bar. A subdued part of herself wanted to wince at the idea of subjecting him to her hostaged mood swings, but that teenage girl hardly cared as she struck out on some new idea to embrace uprooting her life in its entirety. Still, she listened astutely as Oliver offered her the same, albeit subtle advice as before - that she most certainly did not belong to this forsaken coven. Rather, the topic that seemed to garner the most thought from the quiet man - was the idea of changing her hair color. It was hardly abnormal within the kpop world. Those pastel pinks and faded silvers were still the in thing there. Nevertheless...he seemed to...hesitate upon the idea, his very voice soft and thoughtful as he insisted he liked her hair exactly the way it was. It was his very sincerity that made her rash decision making waver as she reached up to brush aside her dark locks with a flick of her wrist. "Well....I guess I'll keep it then."
She was hardly prepared for the sudden softness within his voice, his query so cutting through her jumble of words towards the heart of a matter she was not yet ready to admit even to herself. A glimpse of surprise crossed her feminine features, though it was quickly cast aside by a far too warm grin. "Yeah, of course! You know what though? I think I'm going to quit. Like...right now. Let's leave okay, Oliver?" She inquired, her hands placed upon the table with the same confident bubbliness that had affected her all night before a brief consideration crossed her thoughts. "Oh wait, you were hungry weren't you? I'll get your food to go, I'm afraid they won't let you leave with alcohol so drink fast, okay!?" She pivoted upon her feet, the girl hardly lingering long enough for him to utter a word of protest. His order was placed with the kitchen, his drink order was made by one of the bartenders and, soon enough, Chizue was on her way back to him with his beverage gently sloshing against the side of the glass as she walked. His glass was placed before him before Chizue chose to settle across from him. She rested her chin against the palm of her hand as she eyed the man across from her, "Your food should be done in like...twenty minutes or so. It's not too busy here today." She commented, gesturing loosely to the restaurant around them.
