Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian was, at heart, an adept learner when the topic so tenaciously held his interest in the fashion Dorian had so whole heartedly managed to do. He had experienced first hand not only how utterly frustrating it was to be restrained in such a fashion, but too how utterly arousing it was to know that the entirety of his being was for Dorian to do as he saw fit. There was, he was assured, no better use of such new found knowledge then to nearly instantly apply it, letting his ribbons so snugly tie themselves to his companion in a way he saw fit. His own lips moved further down Dorian's figure, all too aware of the way in which the man moved beneath him to glance upwards at those knots he had formed around his companion's wrists. Sebastian's gaze only briefly flickered upwards at the sound of Dorian's words, his lips parting as his ivory canines so pierced flesh for but one purpose alone. Those two simple words brought a soft simper to his features as his tongue moved across Dorian's skip, licking those wounds to encourage them to clot before moving further down towards the man's chest.
Oh, how sweet that sound was to his ears! The vampire all too deeply enjoyed those groans he so coaxed from his companion's lips as his teeth once again pieced flesh. For but a brief moment, the Englishman simply allowed his companion to relish in those feelings as his body slowly moved further down, leaving a trail of kisses in his wake before finding the next spot upon this trail Dorian had so left behind. He was all too aware of the way his lover so seemed to squirm the longer he took to get to where he was so wanted. He could hardly help the grin that so toyed with his handsome features as the man's fangs bit once again just above the line of Dorian's waist, the vampire all too aware of the way in which his lover's body so reacted to that venom that he so pressed into the King's bloodstream. A soft, breathy chuckle left his lips as Dorian declared him entirely wretched, the man paused his fingertips upon the edge of Dorian's undergarments as he uttered softly in response, "That is why you love me, I think."
He hardly dwelled upon the simple fact that he had spoken that word he so strove to never utter, the vampire all too otherwise preoccupied by tugging at Dorian's boxers, shifting and removing them utterly from his ultimate goal. His tongue so gingerly caressed that more tender flesh of his lover's form, licking every sweet morsel of crimson substance from the length of his companion. He could feel Dorian pressing into him, so desperately wanting more then that slow, salacious lick he so provided. Sebastian was all too willing to provide, his actions continuing with a certain level of steadfastness as his fingers slowly ran up Dorian's inner thigh, caressing parts of the man that his tongue wasn't already busy with. And stop he didn't - at least, not until he could feel his lover getting closer to that same moment of satisfaction that he was so denied, that moment he still so desperately yearned for. His mouth pulled away from that steady caress he had so beset upon the fae King, his nose instead momentarily nosing into the man's inner thigh. His tongue gingerly licked the spot there, entirely aware of the one major vein on Dorian's body that had, up until this point, remained untouched. His teeth carefully drew across the surface of that there spot, teasing it with those sharp fangs and yet - he didn't bite down, not this time.
Instead, his intensely dark hued irises glanced upwards at his lover, his cheek resting against his companion as he uttered softly with a simple promise. "Tonight, I will have you, right....here..." His tongue gingerly reached out to caress that flesh before Sebastian pulled away, sitting up to glance up the man's body in consideration. "But not yet, I'm not done with you yet." Slowly, he crawled back upwards towards his companion, his head bending down to press his lips against those of the man beneath him. That kiss, however, was decidedly fleeting, hardly toying with the wound he knew he could so coax back to bleed if only for the knowledge of the effect such blood had upon him. No, he was not yet ready to lose that precious little control he had so regained. Instead, for a moment, Sebastian simply glanced down at his companion, taking in that sight of the monarch so bound for his own nefarious devices. His head cocked to the side, the vampire bending down again, only this time it was to whisper within the ear of the King a singular simple admittance - "I think that I like seeing you like this, your grace." He knew well of his use of Dorian's more official title, the man perhaps enjoying that which certainly was not required of him to say and yet, how many could state they had once tied a King to a bedpost?
Still, such thoughts hardly occupied the vampire's attentions for very long, his own needs entirely overwhelming if only because, as much as he hated to admit it, he desired Dorian's touch as much as he too enjoyed the helpless state he had placed the man within. And so, instead, Sebastian merely made the best of the situation he had so placed himself within. The Englishman shifted around his lover, gingerly pushing the fairy with surprising care as he rolled the man onto his side. He laid against him, his whole body entirely parallel to the man. His own hips pressed into the backside of his companion, his own arousal still very much apparent as it too pushed against Dorian's flesh. Sebastian's hand slowly ran down the length of Dorian's skin, tracing that same trail his lips had made not terribly long ago before taking Dorian into his hand and picking up where he left off. His own hips continued to roll against his companion's form as he continued subjecting his lover to that steady movement of exploring the full length of the man and yet, that simple touch of skin against him only further fueled those needs that Dorian had so brought to life within him.
