Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
Nadya Tetradore
Nadya waited patiently in the shade provided by the shrubs with golden gaze set on the house across the street and ears perked for any movement. Movement did indeed happen, the scent wafting on the breeze not the one that she had truly been wanting to run into. It stirred a certain...something within her, her fur bristling slightly at the memory of the individual that the scent was attached to. However she had to move or else be seen as an attacker or be pressed further towards the pack house, both of which weren't ideal options. So the panther had slid out of her hiding place to confront the woman whom was walking down the sidewalk towards the house with an air of resolute. Well something had her panties in a twist by the looks of it long before Nadya showed herself.
Her long thing tail lashed out behind her as she met Edie's gaze head-on, her very stature stiffened and tall for that of her title. So much may have happened between Frost and Nadya but there were still the unpleasant memories of this fox coming onto Nightshade territory and provoking her. Surprise however colored her gaze at Edie's low voice telling Nadya to wait while she strode away and into the house. For a moment Nadya pondered leaving now that her path wasn't blocked by the rival Beta. Something about the way Edie had spoken though intrigued the feline. Curiosity killed the cat after all. While Nadya didn't wait for Edie, she didn't run, instead slowly gliding closer to the house until she reached the very border where the lush green grass met the concrete sidewalk. There she would wait for Edie to return.
Return she did and carrying clothes which were tossed at Nadya. Nadya's lip rose slightly in disgruntled fashion though she made no noise about it. Her gaze flickered from the clothes to the woman. She wanted to talk? She loved Frost? For a moment a certain fire flared within the feline. Was that jealousy? She had never been jealous before. The panther's head twisted to look in the direction Edie motioned then back at her only long enough to watch the woman turn around and walk away. There was hesitation...but so much curiosity. Once Nadya was sure Edie was far enough away she let the shift overtake her and once back in her bipedal form investigated the clothes that were tossed to her. Well, they weren't bad, though she supposed it shouldn't surprise her that Frost would have well-dressed packmates as he himself was well put together and his pack was simply an extension of himself. Nadya pulled on the clothes before slowly following behind Edie onto the hiking path.
Every fiber of the predators being was telling her that she shouldn't have come into the neighborhood, let along being going off lord knows where with Edie...or at least should be in her feline form which was much stronger. Nadya was no fool though, even though she agreed to being in her human form, her powers were spread out within plucking at those threads of each at the ready to unleash any one of them should Edie try something. "You wanted to talk?" Nadya crossed her arms across her chest as they walked, eyeing Edie's back suspiciously as they meandered slowly over the dirt path through the woods that backed up nearby from their property line. "I wasn't here spying on your pack for my brother. He doesn't know I'm here...but if I don't come home, Frost is the first he'll attack for answers." She just wanted to make both points clear that although she was acting on her own that her absence come a certain time would be noted back home.
