The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The sound of her laughter was entirely pleasing as his arms wrapped about her waist, tugging hr against him, her skin warm and fresh and clean from that shower as his lips fluttered against that exposed flesh of her neck in a teasing pattern designed to illicit just that response. Her body seemed to near melt against the hard plains of his own as his fingers reached to gently brush those curls aside and allow those teasing kisses to reach the crook of her neck. Her skin near shivering under that touch as he smiled against her, offering those whispered words of greeting. How he loved the scent of her, the feel of her, of everything about her that he was so often denied or in the very least- forced to watch from the windows that were the eyes of another. That soft assurance that it had been awhile since she had seen him prompting his own small simper. Tobias once more grateful for the fact she could hardly see his face in that moment or that simple regret that lingered upon it. He knew how short his time was, how little chance they were afforded to be together, the young man attempting to brush those thoughts aside if only because he refused to allow them to dampen that time he had with his fiancé today.
"Mhmm, it has. We shall have to enjoy it while we can."
He offered simply, the deep baritone of his voice uttered against her skin once more. His memories of their last time together almost entirely as clear as her own. That warm December evening by far one of his most favoured memories to consider. In fact, it was that very evening all those months ago that had prompted an idea of sorts for that very engagement gift he had chosen. Surely she would enjoy something so sentimental? The man momentarily considering those choices with a further inward persuasion before allowing his thoughts to shift to that ring 'he' had given her some night ago. He had seen it off course, through snapshots of memory and those few minutes in time he might be afforded late at night when the Ark slept. Yet, there was a difference between seeing it and acknowledging it all the same, his hand reaching to encircle her wrist and lift it upward to admire the way another woman might normally do. Tobias content to fulfil that role this evening if only for that perhaps lack of girlfriends Raven might have to show that ring too and make them jealous of those changes in her life as a woman surely did with her friends. With Alexis and Regan away the young man was distinctly sure Jackal and Cat Eyes and Tetradore did not make suitable girlfriends to share that experience with. His golden gaze lingering upon that blue diamond now. Ravens excited words finding him then as she spoke of that delight in the fact that her engagement ring was perhaps the one thing he had ever gifted her not stolen, his features frowning slightly at the thought and yet he had long since given up attempting to curb his other half's apparent enthusiasm for kleptomania. That query upon the book however was met with a nod.
"Yes. The book was something of a collaboration from the both of us. We can work together, on occasion, it is very draining on us both though. Still- I helped with the basic idea of it and to push us in the right direction when he got a little side-tracked. It might be a good idea to apologise to the fairy man though I'm almost sure I terrified him. I might have.....chased him."
Well, he hadn't exactly, that other side of him though surely had. Tobias entirely sure he wanted to forget that entire evening and the very fact he had been arrested for the better half of it. At least until he had managed to explain that situation to that Monarch. Was it not enough that he terrorized the general public? Did he now need to go starting international incidents too? Was nothing sacred? That almost sheepish look momentarily lingered on his features. God he was hopeless sometimes. Still, those words from the woman that she finally understood what he had meant when he spoke of seeing only her had a way of bringing that smile to his lips again. In the end that was all that mattered. In the end it had all been worth it.
"Good."
He uttered softly, his head still resting upon her shoulder as he suggested that trip to the mall if only so he could see about that gift he intended to get her. The way that towel slipped further down her figure was hardly missed, his golden gaze glancing briefly downward towards her chest, that near sheepish grin returning once more at the sight of her body. Her insistence she needed to get dressed met with that falsified sigh.
"If you must, I suppose."
The idea of anyone else seeing her was displeasing and yet the idea of him seeing her was far better. Tobias reluctantly releasing her as she made her way across the room, her words almost teasing before she abruptly let that towel fall- his own eyes widening suddenly at the sight of her body. Raven never before so confident or assured. That sudden desire shifting potently within him then, Tobias struggling to keep himself where he stood, the boy aware she was speaking and yet in that single moment he so hardly heard a word she had said. His gaze fixated upon her glorious figure.
"I...huh? Oh, no it's fine. I've planning what to get you for a while. You don't need to get me anything in return, you already do everything for us- for our family."
Their 'family' small and broken though it was between Raven, himself, Tetradore and those few others who passed in and out was still....important to him. Raven the veritable provider for all of them in one way or another. His gaze continued to linger on her as she dressed, that smile finding his features then as he offered her his hand to lead the way out of that Ark and out onto the street below. The young man entirely content to enjoy that morning and simply walk to those shops with his fiancé beside him. His gaze inclined to her own then, Tobias determined to make the most of that walk.
"Have you made any decisions about the wedding yet? Do you have a date planned?"
