Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sterling absolutely abhorred leaving Henry home alone and utterly miserable upon the couch. He could tell there had been something off about his roommate that morning, he certainly looked sick. It was enough to cause concern within the blue eyed boy. It had been a particularly difficult task to leave for work that afternoon, the man lingering with whatever excuse he could find before, he was certain, his tarrying would become obvious. It was with a soft sigh that had eventually seen Sterling leave the flat with well wishes on his lips that hopefully Henry would get better soon. And yet, it came with perhaps no surprise that the man had found his thoughts entirely unable to cease their lingering upon his companion. Sterling couldn't help but to wonder with each passing hour how Henry was doing, if he felt better, if everything was okay. He'd considered texting him, hell, he'd thought about it multiple times and yet each time such a thought crossed his mind he managed to convince himself to slide his phone back in his pocket and focus instead on whatever the next order was that came through the kitchen.

Regardless of his efforts not to bother the man whom his thoughts so frequently revolved around, Sterling found himself entirely unable to deny his relentless desire to care for him. He felt about Henry things which he'd never felt for anyone - surely his roommate would appreciate those efforts he made to nurse him back to health right? That wouldn't be too overbearing or stepping over the line would it? At least, such was the argument he had with himself as that hour of his freedom loomed over him. The moment Sterling managed to leave his work certainly couldn't come soon enough for the blue eyed boy. He hurried home, his single mindedness surely contributed by the setting sun overhead. Despite the time that had past, and despite his own lack of memories, Sterling still found himself entirely uncomfortable under the blanket of night. Regardless of his fears, however, he made a point to stop at the local dinner on his way home, ordering a large bowl to go of the best chicken noodle soup he'd ever tasted within the city limits. It was a decidedly small gesture of his ever growing affections for his companion.

It took nearly ten minutes longer before Sterling found himself upon the welcome mat of their flat, his eyebrows furrowed as he undid the lock before stepping into the apartment. A small frown graced his lips as his crystalline gaze fell upon Henry - the man exactly where Sterling had left him this morning. "Hey you..." He uttered softly, making his way towards the couch, the plastic bag containing the soup placed careful on the coffee table in front of his companion. "How are you feeling? Any better?" Gingerly his hand reached up to brush against Henry's forehead, feeling to see if that temperature had fallen. It hadn't. In fact, it almost seemed....hotter. Sterling paused, standing back up to make his way towards the kitchen where he soaked a washcloth with ice cold water. Sterling folded it ever so neatly into a rectangle, returning to Henry's side as he placed the rag on the man's forehead. "I got you some soup, maybe it'll help....is there anything else you need?"
