The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

With one hundred floors and a 125-foot spire, the Starlight Tower rises high above the Sacrosanct skyline. More than just a landmark, the Starlight Tower offers a unique mix of restaurants, shops, and offices spaced throughout the building. Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
She leaned in, ever attentive as he chuckled and told her of the Temple and how it got its name. Her eyes widened even more at the idea of nymphs and woodland spirits. It seemed more like something her former pack would indulge in. They were all about staying natural and respecting the forest they lived in, after all. He told her then that he was a prince then a king and her brow raised, clearly impressed. Of course he was royalty. Its like it vibrates in the very air around him, that sense of power and majesty. He told her that he had many rivals and then he paused for a moment. His expression went distant, like he was thinking of something in the past and not all of it seemed happy. Her own expression softened and she reached out for his hand.
The way he said he only had one best friend spoke volumes. This friend meant the world to him. Instantly curiosity ate at her but she could tell by his expression it wouldn't be so easy for him to talk about. Instead, she let out a little sigh. "Can you tell me about him? It's okay if you don't want to..." She offered him an easy out in case it was just too painful. Her chest was already tight, making it hard for her to breathe, just seeing him like this. He was almost....vulnerable. This was rare and she knew she'd never forget this moment with him, but at the same time, she wanted to comfort him, draw him out of the darkness and bring him back to the confident man she knew and loved. She wanted to share with him as well but felt her own story was dull compared to his grand adventures. Plus, it was mostly filled with darkness and abuse and a very sheltered life.
Instead, she told him about Frost and how she'd met him. She could see his fist clenching as she told him about what happened at the Ark. She almost felt bad for Frost in this moment, knowing Alexander would be sure to bring it up. She was grateful when the deserts arrived and both were able to smile again as they cut into their food. He asked what she wanted and she thought long and hard on it before answering. When she said no regrets, he gave a wink and said it sounded like a wonderful way to live. She smiled brighter in return. When she thanked him for introducing her to cake, he laughed, saying there was more where that came from and she smiled, her eyes twinkling now in a teasing manner to match his own. "Oh really? Dare to show me sometime?"
