After everything going on, she needed a night out. She didn't really have girl friends to go out with so she'd have do it solo. Nadya was holed up with the cubs and Frost and Miyako...well, she hadn't seen a lot of her human friend in a little while. Figuring she was just busy with school and stuff, she checked around in her room for something worth wearing. Finally she decided on a little black mini skirt that really showed off her legs and a red tank top that stopped above her belly button to show off her toned stomach. Maybe it was a little on the skimpy side but she was comfortable in her human skin and she didn't care what anyone thought. She grabbed her favorite leather jacket to keep her warm, of course. Now onto the more girly stuff. She curled her hair into waves and even put on some eye liner and mascara, adding lip gloss for a shiny effect. Putting on some black boots, she made sure they had a thicker heel so she could still walk comfortably in them. Now she was ready. She grabbed her stuff and headed out, sneaking down the stairs and out the door before Frost or someone else could see her. She didn't need to answer questions. She needed to unwind and flirt a little, nothing too dangerous. Her head was swimming after everything that had been happening. Things were good with the pack; it was the outside drama that had her overwhelmed. Her friendship with Henry was closer than ever, but also more confusing that ever. He had slept with her twice now, but she knew both times didn't mean anything, at least not in the same way it would if she was Sterling, the love of his life. She cared about him a lot. He was attractive for sure but it wasn't like she was trying to steal him from Sterling. He was her best friend; that's it. The first time was about showing her what it could be like as a human since she'd been a virgin before that. The second time had been for Henry, so he knew what was blocking him from getting intimate with Sterling. She knew it wasn't right, but when it came to Henry, she was weak to say no. She didn't want to lose him. All she wanted was for him to be happy. Meanwhile Tetradore seemed to fall off the map. She thought they were getting close but after the incident in the woods where him and Henry caught her crying and then the confrontation where he gave her a tour of the Ark. Since then, she hadn't seen hide nor hair of him. Maybe it was all for the best. He must be busy with the pack and stuff. Or maybe he was dating someone and didn't have time for a coyote who didn't join his pack anymore. She grumbled bitterly to herself but forced herself to shrug it off as she headed downtown. This was the club and bar district, but she was looking to drink and dance so she needed a club more than a bar. She stopped at a big neon sign that read: Skyy Club. It would do. Smirking, she made her way to the door and when the bouncer asked for her ID, she slipped him the fake ID that Nadya had made for her so she could unwind from time to time. It seemed to do the job so the bouncer nodded and let her in and she made her way to the bar. "Something good and strong." She told the bartender with a grin and looked around. The lights were flashing all different colors and the dance floor was already crowded with sweaty humans grinding against each other. It was perfect. The bartender passed her a drink and she took a sip and made a face. "Ugh, nasty. Thanks." The bartender watched her, obviously looking to get paid for the drink so she made a show of looking for money, all the way scanning the crowd so she could slip away when he wasn't looking. It wasn't like she had money. Who needs that? |
